I buy all the time coffee here. But today I ask for the restroom code they don't tell me the pass code 😒 white girl standing front of the counter she is very rude And 1 day I buy 3 coffee but they charge me for 5 coffee and they don't give me the refund for 2 coffee and I have proof for that.

I almost always have a great service and drinks but that Shawanda. nearly ruined our my drinks and all she had to do was tell me that there was no nondairy foam 😱 Someone help her please. She was slow and so confused. Thank God for the rest of the girls that helped out and know what they are doing. 💕

I had ordered a Venti Java Chip frappuccino double blended. The cashier informed me there is no longer a Java Chip frappuccino so I couldn't get it. Which was a surprise to me. Cuz the Starbucks I go to in Victorville makes it for me with no problem. They may no longer have the Java Chip frappuccino. But the Victorville Starbucks customer service is phenomenal they always make it how I want it. This Starbucks can learn a few things from them about customer service.

The workers on Monday -Friday are just not it they make the drinks wrong and get mad if you question it or try to make an adjustment. Like dang you guys act like you hate your job there is one worker that always is super polite and will try her very best to correct or adjust things her name is Jayleen she has great customer service and picks up her coworkers slack . We need more workers like Jayleens at this location !

Over 15 minutes for a mobile order of 3 drinks. Too slow, compared to other locations. I know drive thru is priority but the line wasn’t even that long. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Made me buy a coffee to use the bathroom. No problem I get it. If you make me buy something then have toilet paper for your customers. None. Unsanitary restroom filthy. Obviously the management here doesn’t care about the needs of the customer.

This is my first ever review I’ve ever wrote and damn if you don’t want to work there don’t work there. Some older white lady by the name is Liz unsure of the last name gave me the most rudest service MULTIPLE TIMES. It’s gotten to the point where If they make my drink bad I don’t even wanna go back inside to get it fixed. Discrimination is what it felt like im Mexican idk if anyone else has delt with this issue but for me she wouldn’t even talk to me if i spoke Spanish. It’s okay not everyone speaks it but to completely ignore me is crazy like if im not human. The worst part is that she gives attitude and judging by the atmosphere it looks like she gives it to her coworkers attitude to! Just insane if you DONT LIKE THE JOB DONT WORK THERE this is not the first occasion.
