Today I had drove to Starbucks ordered through drive thru 2 Venti Carmel Crunch and 2 jalapeno pockets and a bacon Gouda.
I was sooooo disappointed in the Drinks I Always order the same drinks and since it's a big pregnancy craving of mine I get it like every other week. I couldn't believe how bad the Carmel Crunch tasted, was the worst I had ever tasted it wasn't made correctly and I was running late to a appointment so it's not like I could have went back or waited for them to make another two. I was really disappointed today.

There was a lady with glasses I came up to the speaker and said I wanted a drink I was saying it was clear voice and it took it 5 times to hear what I was saying then I went to the window and she gave me my drink I asked for a iced chai latte and I got it with no foam just ice on the top and it wasn’t a mistake because it ordered 2 of them both with no foam on top this drink always contains foam when I buy it from other Starbucks I feel that this is was an act of rudeness this lady should be talked too

Asked for a Venti with ice on the side because I wasn’t going to drink the beverage asap and didn’t want it to get watered down and they filled my cup hallways appreciate it might aswell have ordered a small saved myself some change since they wanted to save the company some change

Horrible customer service! Kevin you need to take some customer service classes not friendly nor kind does not put any care into his job he seems good for working at the DMV it’s people like that business do not grow simply awful! Never coming here again.

someone please make it make sense to me!! So my daughter and I walked into this dirty, stinky Starbucks looking for cups but when asked if we may use the restroom she asked “if I bought anything???!?! SINCE WHEN???
But you can let the near by homeless chill inside all day get refills and stink up the place!!?! This Starbucks really out did themselves NEVER AGAIN!

Nobody greeted me as I walked in to pick-up a counter order - which is normal, but only when your order is actually sitting there on the counter, ready, when the app says that it's ready. I stood around for several minutes staring at my bright green drink sitting next to the drive-thru window (my order was for in-store pickup) before wandering around to the order counter to ask 'where I was supposed to wait for a pick-up order'. There were like 3 or 4 baristas and everyone looked super busy doing busy work, yet the place was dead - definitely dead enough to pause for a second to ask a customer how they can be assisted ? The vibe was weird, just order there I guess ! Glad I don't live locally, and after this review I'm sure the baristas will be, too.

Last night my girlfriend and I ordered two drinks mine was good. The issue is we were charged an extra $1.25 for the sweet cream that should of already been included in the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. I do believe the barista made a mistake, she refused to acknowledge it even when we brought it up to her attention all she said was that its extra for it vs simply adding it to the drink we had already paid for. Not even small mom and pop coffee shops do that cmon Starbucks do better!

We were waiting in line and there were no customers in front nor behind us. Literally 5 employees all in a circle at the drive thru and one behind the pastries not one acknowledged us but they kept staring at us waiting. They didn’t even say we’ll be with you shortly. I would give them a 0 if I could l!

This Starbucks is top tier with their drinks and is fair with waiting times. I had a custom order during their rush I think and Shoutout Melissa for being the MVP and pushing it !!!
My spinach feta wrap was top on my momma no weirdo
