I gave it three stars because I bought a hot caramel machiato and they didn't put protection on the glass to avoid burning due to the heat and they didn't put napkins for my Crossan chocolate. ?

The wait was a little long. But they prepared us with a little foresight, based on high volume. Which is totally understandable. Drinks were great.
I went on the December 23 2023 at 10pm and they said they didn't have any black coffee. ? she offered my an " americano" which is expresso water. ?. I'm a nurse working a 16 hour shift and you want to give me expresso water... ?.

I ordered an extra hot caramel macchiato upside down with additional caramel, but it was poorly made. It wasn't drinkable. It tasted very weak and watery. I called and registered a complaint with the manager and he offered a viable solution to correct the order which I really appreciated.

I usually come here in the morning to get my coffee before work. I always get the same thing too and usually it’s a hit or miss when they make my drink but today they missed completely. I ordered a white mocha and they gave me a pumpkin spice. I thought I was mistaken until I asked for a remake at a different store who actually gave me what I ordered. You can easily tell the difference.
