i went yesterday and ordered a venti cold brew with 12 pumps hazelnut and extra heavy cream on my way home I tried it and It tasted like straight coffee not the slightest hazelnut flavor tried to call them a couple times with no answer...not the first time they mess up an order
My go to place. Usually very fast and friendly, today was not that great. My drink was 75 % full. When asked about my drink being half way full she just jammed a boatload if ice into my drink. She was not having a good day for sure. To the older lady that made my drink: Keep your head up sunshine. Smile this too shall pass. 😁 p.s.
