They were pretty busy and accidentally mixed up my drink when I ordered through the drive-thru. I went inside to talk to them and Christian was so sweet and professional. The staff is a big reason why I continue to return to this location.

Terrible customer service! The cashier in the drive-they couldn’t figure out how to scan my app to use my Starbucks card and then said it didn’t go through. How that is possible? I don’t understand since I had more than enough money on my card! Gave her a debit card and when she handed us back the debit card, she handed us the straw with the card, which fell out of my husband’s hand and then closed the window without saying thank you or have a nice night. We waited to ask for a receipt just to make sure my card wasn’t charged, also to get manager information or a phone number (which is not listed on the receipt) and the receipt we got shows we paid cash and received change back! She just handed us the receipt without saying here you go, nothing. We should have just went to Dutch Bros since it’s not that far away and their customer service is by far better!

People can get aggressive going into the drive thru. Nonetheless, the morning crew is fast, friendly and efficient. The Iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha lattes are so good!

Almost every time this Location has consistently disappointed me. It’s my closest Starbucks so that’s really the ONLY reason I consider it. I always get orders via the app and they CONSISTENTLY 8/10 times get the orders wrong. No other location does this but this one in my experience. I try to be very understanding but ever since they opened they have almost always gotten something wrong with my orders. And it’s a shame because they have a great location and it’s my closest location but not anymore. I’d rather go another location and drive the extra mile or two and actually get my orders right. I’ve given them chance after chance because of the convenience of the location but I always end up getting burned.

We have frequented this Starbucks quite a bit . Every occurrence has been a disappointment whether someone trying to fight you because of the line or the employees being combative about what you ordered. The Employees Do Not repeat your order and get your order wrong then act like you didn’t order it and argue with you at the window. My main point is that in the morning I go through the Drive thru to be more efficient and getting to work. But instead I get held up with rebuttals about what I did not order. Then they order you to park in the front to wait longer , which defeats the purpose of why we stopped in the first place! Safe to say they lost two customers there and will tell my friends and family to try a different location or maybe even Dutch Bro’s!

It's gamble in any starbucks. I've been a golden member over 5 years. Sometimes they get the drinks right, some days not at all. Beware mobile orders, it says it's available online but in reality it's out of stock. Save yourself, don't ever order turkey ciabatta. It's the dryest poultry sandwich I've ever ate! The worst sandwich in the menu ( I'm sorry turkey lovers at there.)
