Genuinely some of the kindest employees I have ever met, I've never had a problem here at this Starbucks, and every single time I've always been kindly greeted and helped quickly. Love the place, fantastic work!

Awful customer service! I had to repeat myself multiple times, and instead of helping, the employees started laughing as if I was telling jokes. When I asked what was so funny, I had to repeat myself again—three times in total! Finally, they told me to pull up, only to become the laugh of the group. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Asked to use restroom. Was asked “ do you have an order”. I stated I would place it after I used the restroom as I really needed to go. Barista looked the other way like I was crazy. I then stated I would place the order , she replied, “ I was getting the code”.very rude. I’ve never been treated that way at any Starbucks. Usually I am greeted , as I go often. Then I said “ thank you” in not the best manner, this little girl didn’t even acknowledge me. Sad they treat people that way.

I know a lot of college students come here and high school students to study and maybe have a little study group or someone He wants to relax and have a good cup of coffee but why is the music so loud I feel like I'm screaming at my coffee partner

Disappointed to find out that they no longer put a sleeve on you cup, I always order my coffee extra hot. Instead of writing those messages on the cups they should use that time and energy to put sleeves on the cups

I’ve only been to this Starbucks a few times, but every visit has been amazing! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and their positive attitude really stands out. It’s always a great experience because every single person there is so kind and enthusiastic. Highly recommend!

After reviewing the previous reviews, it seems there's a known issue with the drive thru personnel and their attitude towards customers.
I have been against Starbucks for so long but finally this year I gave in and became a regular, I have always appreciated the level of service of Starbucks staff and the friendliness and smiles at all times, however this guy was rude, confirmed my order and still managed to get it wrong, didn't say hello, didn't acknowledge me and not even responded to me saying hello and saying thank you.

I have near felt the need to write a bad review but man the girl at the window today absolutely ruined my day. If you can’t multitask and handle a rush, maybe you shouldn't be at the window cashing people out. I work in management and as a cashier you are the face of the company. So that employee definitely is giving the franchise a bad rep. So that girl needs to be working on orders instead of speaking to customers directly with her stanky attitude.

Honestly!! I wish I would’ve gotten this nice girls name. THANK YOU thank you for giving me part of my order on the house. I forgot my wallet and my kids would’ve freaked out if I left without getting their favorite frap and cake pops. If you’re a mom you know exactly what I’m talking about especially a special needs mom. My kids wouldn’t know that I have to come back to pay for the goods.

I am a long time Starbucks customer and I don't really like leaving negative reviews but John and his staff were almost ignoring every customer if they weren't Latino. My wife placed our order online. I approached the customer order counter and made eye contact with John and 2 of his employees. They all ignored me. I asked if my order was ready and an Associate said no. I waited then asked John who was wearing all Black as opposed to the other associates uniforms. He said Yea I'm the manager are you good? The aggression in his voice threw me off. I didn't think anything of it until a Latino man walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome from John and his staff. Another Latino woman approached the same counter I was at and was greeted with a smile. I then started to notice the behaviors of the staff and how they were ignoring all customers except Latino customers. Starbucks is not a place to express Racism, prejudice or hiring favoritism. I will never return to this location. John's entire Staff is Latino and that's no problem but when they start treating customers that are not of Latino origin differently, it becomes a problem.
