Ordered a hot meatball sub from the weekend night crew and they gave me a cold meatball sub with cold sauce.i had to waste my time driving back so they can remake it the right way.stay away from this subway location..horrible customer satisfaction

This subway needs new employees asap!! Everytime I buy I never get greeted and they’re always rude. PLEASE HIRE NEW PEOPLE that white girl is nothing friendly literally ruined my entire day. Worst customer service ever. Don’t come to this subway

Sept 1st I want to say thank you to the 2 ladies that made our 11 sandwiches at 6:30 at night. This was the only meal the birthday boy wanted. They were so passionate and patient with our huge order. Thank you thank you. 😊

I am wondering if paying $18 for a sandwich is really good value. Yes, it will fill you up, but a lot is the bread. It still bothers me that their Tuna portions are so little, 4 little one inch scoops. Is not even a layer of tuna like you would get anywhere else, is a tuna spread sandwich. I always ask for more portions on the salad and veggies because they are also not very generous with those. But if am paying so much for one sandwich, I need to feel like am getting my money's worth!!!

Very bad customer service. Order online for a tuna 12 inch tuna sandwich and always make sure to order in the parking lot to make sure they add my extra tuna which I pay for ahead of time. I get inside to see a employee open up a plastic spoon ,which is 3 times as small as a original tuna scooper and proceeds to make my sandwich with small scoops of sadness. I advised I paid for extra tuna which I did not get because she said her manager said no, who was in the back making her coworker do the dirty work. I asked where the scooper was and she said they were cleaning it nd getting ready to close (a hour earlier than they were suppost to). Not the first time I've had a problem with this location but very much will be the last because I will not be coming back. Good day !

Be careful ordering from this place on DoorDash or Grubhub. This is the third time now I’ve ordered a footlong and received a six inch. I wish I’d get the option to choose a different location because they don’t have it together here.

Came in for a quick lunch. Bad service and too rushed. Why am I being rushed to make a simple sandwich? It’s not hard to have patience with your customers, especially when it is only 1 sandwich. They act like you waste their time when it’s their job.
