Very bad customer service. Order online for a tuna 12 inch tuna sandwich and always make sure to order in the parking lot to make sure they add my extra tuna which I pay for ahead of time. I get inside to see a employee open up a plastic spoon ,which is 3 times as small as a original tuna scooper and proceeds to make my sandwich with small scoops of sadness. I advised I paid for extra tuna which I did not get because she said her manager said no, who was in the back making her coworker do the dirty work. I asked where the scooper was and she said they were cleaning it nd getting ready to close (a hour earlier than they were suppost to). Not the first time I've had a problem with this location but very much will be the last because I will not be coming back. Good day !

Be careful ordering from this place on DoorDash or Grubhub. This is the third time now I’ve ordered a footlong and received a six inch. I wish I’d get the option to choose a different location because they don’t have it together here.

Came in for a quick lunch. Bad service and too rushed. Why am I being rushed to make a simple sandwich? It’s not hard to have patience with your customers, especially when it is only 1 sandwich. They act like you waste their time when it’s their job.

Walked in to order a sandwich, and the girl working was very dismissive. She did not wanna help. She try to send me away as she kept telling her Co worker she wanted to go home, everything I asked for she was out of.
Bad customer service and very dirty location. 2 workers working and nobody wants to help anyone. Close the location for that! Will never come back!

I was an employee here and I was witness of the terrible service towards customers. The dark haired manager and the blond lady are rude and feel superior towards everyone including new young coworkers. I as well as customers were treated with disrespect. They never taught me how to use the register since I was their puppet. I was 19 when I started working at this Subway and decided to quit three weeks later because I could no longer bear the horrible environment and treatment. Those 2 ladies are friends and have no empathy or respect towards people. Also, they are extremely racist. This is not the first time I hear from customers and other employees from the same and different subways that the ladies offer poor service. From the bottom of my heart I apologize to all customers who have had the unluckiest of days to walk through the doors of this Subway. To conclude, I absolutely do not recommend this place, unless they no longer work here.
