I came tonight around 12:40 in the drive and I was being polite come often around this time every now and then and the lady who took my order from the start was very unprofessional and very rude, coming from someone who had worked in fast food before I understand how difficult it is but isn’t right to give attitude and gossip about the costumer infront of them , when I come at night I always experience a sweetheart that wears a mask and she’s had great customer service to the point I have tipped her but this time I came who I’m assuming is the manager because she had a different uniform than everyone else was giving me attitude and a look and would slam the window

The chicken cantina bowl looked and taste horrible. The person who made needs immediate training. Do not get this item at Taco bell. I went on my lunch break and now don't have any lunch to enjoy
