My wife and I got asada, cabeza, al pastor, and buche tacos and the only descent one was the asada. Everything seemed under cooked. The asada mulitas were average also. This was the 1st and last visit unfortunately. Spacious and clean place though.

This place is spacious and very clean, a great example to what a restaurant should look like. I came here during morning hours for the 30-40 people pack. Food was ready and packed when I came around 2 hours later. Service was fast, the workers were a polite and professional. The food was exceptional, the way everything is packed and seperated is amazing. I've ordered food from this location in the past, and the food was always good and came with no issues. Tacos Gavilán is really good.

First time eating here. Very clean. Got carne asada tacos, some char pieces but not so bad, the green sauce amazing. My only issue was the lady at the register. Tall one immediately as I walked there I said hello she remained quiet it got a bit awkward so I asked “can i place an order” she responded with “ofc you can”. Now I don’t expect her to go all out for customer service but if she had just said something like hi when I said hello it wouldn’t have been awkward.
When my order was called I had also thanked the guy his response was just a grunt. Food 8/10 customer service 0/10
