Bought dinner for my family paid over $50 just to get some cold food, the chill cheese fries made me throw up & I never received my chicken salad. I love Tams but this location is trash!!! First & last time!!!

I stopped by Tams Rialto expecting a solid lunch, but left disappointed. The zucchini and chicken strips I ordered came without ranch! Arguably the most essential part of the meal. Itâs like serving a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the peanut butter.
Instead of owning the mistake, the staff brushed it off with âNext time weâll give you three ranches on us.â That doesnât fix todayâs lunch. It felt like they were more focused on upselling ranch for 75 cents than getting the order right.
Not sure if the guy at the window was having a rough day or just trying to pad the bill, but either way, I wonât be back. Next time, Iâll head to Farmer Boys, where customer service still means something.

The workers talk shit in Spanish in front of you because they donât think you speak Spanish
The new girl in the tan shirt and braid tonight was so nice though
I ask for a corn dog meal and they gave me a hotdog meal instead so I drive back and waited for them to fix it and it took 10-15 minuites. Also two younger employees were busy playing each other by the register.

Went to eat last Friday 08/08/25 and today 08/14/25 both times around 2pm... I ordered a fish dinner with blue cheese dressing got a fried chicken dinner with ranch and a order of chili cheese fries...the food came out before I could sit down which I didn't like...I'm very surprised, the food was horrible especially the fries were reheated, hard and burnt..I had to give both plates back...this is the second time I've had this same experience and I've been a Tams customer for many many years...I hope this doesn't become the norm...please talk to management food should be made to order and fresh
