One of the best boba spots in the Rialto area. I’ve tried a couple surrounding boba spots and didn’t care too much for them. The boba alone is the best I’ve had from other places and the drink is great, put them both together and it’s perfect. I always get matcha and the flavor is just the way I like it!!

Ordered the messy strawberry, messy banana and mango black tea. I liked all of them. The banana tasted s little like that fake banana taste, but still ok. Very friendly man working, maybe the owner? Will be back.

The product is great, but I believe there is room to grow, especially with customer service. Encourage staff to be friendly and free-flexible with customers. Avoid wearing sad faces as if customers are bothering you when they come to your store. Not every customer is conversant with your product menu, so take time to assist your new cuatomers.Parking: Next to TGI, and close to as many other stores e g Neighborhood Wal-Mart, DD's clothing store. Parking lot needs resurfacing, though.

Good drinks, pretty bad service. We were just there this past Friday, the Hispanic girl seem super upset. I get it, we were there 40 mins before they closed. Had no boba, understandable. I still gave them a big tip. Soooo regret it, the girl was extremely rude. Saw her count the straws we needed and literally threw them and said "here's your order". Typical Gen Z worker, who thinks they’re better than you, smarter than you, more capable than you. What she lacks is interpersonal skills required for face-to-face interactions. I want my tip back ?

I did a quick stop here for drinks after dinner with wife. They are lot bigger compared to other locations and they offer more drinks choices. I ended up getting banana brûlée messy milk. It allows for sugar and ice adjustments. The staff was polite in servicing us and other patrons. The store is modern and in holiday spirit. Is casual sit back study too if prefer. Give them a try and if in Palm Springs they are out there too.

Probably one of the better boba spots out there. A bit on the pricier side but nothing crazy expensive. Ice wasn’t crushed all the way so I ended up having a drink with ice chunks in it. That being said, it was still one of the best strawberry milkshakes I’ve had.
