Came from out of state to visit family and we recommend Texas Roadhouse because of it being a decent place to go out to compared to other steakhouse back in Texas. For some reason this roadhouse, though similar on the outside, is the worse example of a Texas Roadhouse. Had our server Joe do a great job and even though he was busy he did attend us well. The Service was extremely lacking at the hostess podium both the inside and for some reason they have an outside one for check in? We did the typical setting up of waitlist online about an hour ahead. Online it stated it was about an hour and a half waitlist so we expected to wait about half an hour once we arrived with the full party. Explain to me how we arrive, check in, and somehow wait almost 2 hours to get inside. Once inside this should typically take MAYBE 5-10 minutes as the table SHOULD be ready. We waited an additional 20 minutes seeing people who just walked in or hidden from the typical “on deck” spots get sat down. Mind you it was a small party of 5 nothing special or out of the ordinary as many parties we saw of 10+ get seated during the 2 hour wait outside. Well finally we get sat down. The table was a mess, it was filthy, no peanuts and a nasty bin with shells in it, also we did not have cutlery until we asked our great server Joe. The food was typical of Texas Roadhouse, decent for the price but nothing spectacular. I really love our roadhouse back in Texas but this one is such a miss. They really need to clean this place up with their staff.
Ordered the porter house and ribs. Steak was frozen or something. Their were hard dry sections, and the tender center texture tasted like it was frozen steak. Tasted horrible. I'm not sure why these steak houses of recent, not just Roadhouse, have bad quality cuts. You would think it would be a quality steak. The ribs tasted like they were boiled to perfection and then smothered in seasoning and sauce. The only thing that was good was the salad and buns. The service was excellent along with the atmosphere. I'm not here to trash, just to be objective and transparent. They serve so many people, and I believe the quality has failed to come through. These components tend to be the beginning of the end for these establishments.

Great restraunt! This was our 1st time there, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere is very nice, and the food was great. The best was our server Alyna! She was amazing! She had a smile on her face everytime she approached our table, made the experience even better! She has amazing customer service! Great place, will definitely go back!
