I ordered a bagel at Coffee Bean through the drive-through and only found out after receiving it that they charge extra for cream cheese. Seriously? I ended up returning my bagels instead of paying the extra $1.25, which means they lost more money in product than the cream cheese itself. This policy doesn’t make basic sense — most cafés include cream cheese with a bagel by default.
These corporations are nickel and diming customers for everything these days. I’ll be supporting my local donut shop instead — at least they know how to take care of their customers.

Rude employees especially at drive thru !!! UGH
This is a great place to go if you want to relax, do work, meet and chat with friends. Everyone is so friendly there. Especially the barista with the long hair and the bandana.

My mom and I were there 9/29/25 only 2 workers about 1 pm. We went in my mom has very specifics she likes. They have a drive thru that was busy but the 2 workers were amazing they were so fast and drinks made just right 👍👍

So apparently they can’t customize a pumpkin drink and it was only to add a cream cap. I had gotten this before but you could’ve told me before I got to the window. “Only this one time” get out of here with that if I pay for it you’re making it that’s it!! Do better I don’t come here to get told only this time like if it’s the only coffee place in the world! Bahaha!

I come here all the time. They messed up my drink twice. The first time I asked them to remake it, they made it bad again. Then I wanted another remake and they denied me to my remake again. Service 8/7/2025 an 9:30 pm was terrible. And I spoke to SUPPOSEDLY the “assistant manager” of the store. If that really was the assistant manager shame on them. It’s until customer satisfaction due to them MESSING UP MY DRINK. I know how my matcha cookies and crème is supposed to taste like, I come every day. For them to act like this is insane. I hope the main guy in charge of the store sees this and speaks to his employees for POOR customer service .
Be prepared to spend 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. I thought it was a fluke but I’m writing this 15 minutes into my wait. I’d leave but am boxed in by cars lol

I usually never have a problem with this place but today that was a black truck, stopped in the middle of the lot and I was stuck in the street behind a car in front of me. So I honked so that driver of the truck would realize that he's blocking the way and the car in front of me must have thought I was honking at her. I proceeded to the drive-thru the order and then when I get to the window it turns out to be the girl that was driving the white vehicle in front of me to hand me the order and it seemed like she had an attitude like it was her way of saying gotcha. Bottom line is this if you felt that bad about it, don't work there. 🤷🏾. Find another job.

This location was really slow. I had to repeat my order three times for them to still confirm the order at the window. Staff were not inviting and the drink was not mixed properly.
