So, I popped into the coffee shop in Rialto for a meeting - second time at this joint. Grabbed myself a cup of joe, and then bam! They hit me with a charge for a refill to top off my cup before I hit the road. I mean, I'm not a regular, but seriously? A whole dollar for half a cup to keep my coffee warm? I suggested they just add some warm water instead, but oh no, same cost apparently. No wonder the place isn't exactly buzzing with regulars hanging out inside the lobby, huh?

This place in the morning is congested. The drive thru traffic blocks customers from walking in. However there is parking if you get in. To go, orders are made promptly. Staff is busy obviously, be kind.

Service is bad, they had a promotion, they'll give you a coffee mug for free if you spend more than 15 dls, I went spend about 20 and they didn't give me the mug, even I was able to see the stack of mugs the girl said they run out, next weekend I went for the same promotion and same thing happened, I had to ask for it. During the time I stopped for a coffee at 5am, got my coffee drove away, and as soon as I got on the freeway, I tried the coffee, and it was cold. I will never go to this place again. On 2/14/24, at 9:20pm, I gave it a tried again, on the drive thru, and I ordered a large americano, and I got a small, I told the girl that I order a large, and I ask her, is this a large and she said yes it is and walk away!. Really?

Love coffee bean and order from here frequently. Disappointed to find my large only 2/3 full. Yesterday I got the same drink and felt like I finished quickly, now I’m thinking my drink looked like this yesterday too. Definitely disappointed.

I get you guys are busy but geez at least be nice enough to greet and acknowledge folk when they arrive. Dude (african american with glasses) took my order and gave me this look like he was hella annoyed. Turned away to continue what he was doing before I even payed. Literally made me want to turn around and leave.
