I did an app order and asked for the order to be ready at a future time but they went ahead and made my.food right way so by the time I got there the food was barely warm and the shake wasn't thick at all.

I know that people like the Habit, but it's a far cry from what it was in Santa Barbara. Current ownership has deviated from the quality of their products and downsized the portions of the sides. Like Kentucky fried chicken 🍗 it has been reduced to the lowest common denominator the people will still buy...

I go to this location often with my family. Yes, it’s pricey, but so is everything else. Because of this, eating out is a treat for us and I’m very selective when it comes to burgers, and I love the burgers here. The fries are delicious too. The service is also great. If I had one complaint it would be to replace the missing tall chair at the big table so my family could fit lol.
