After repeating myself 3 or 4 times about the changes I wanted made, they still got the order wrong. This was through the drive-thru, and I just didn't have the energy to go back once I realized the mistake. (Rialto has a Waba Grill drive-thru) And the mistake was on 3 different plates. The guy at the window was nice and polite, but when I'm tired and all I want to do is go home and enjoy my dinner with my family, mistakes like that just seem to ruin it for me. Petty? Maybe, but honest.

Worst customer service. Never have left any review before. This is my first time so it says a lot. They couldn't care less about you. Asked for a plate without sauce, they added sauce. I'm sitting and facing the blinds. One of the staff opened the blinds in front of me without asking me if it's ok. It was too bright outside and I had to tell the staff that I was eating in that section because it's bright. He looked at me and did not say anything and left as if he did not hear anything. I ended up closing it myself. The staff looked ok as he was talking real loud with his co-workers. I understand if it's a bad day for him but I dont think so. I did not get his name but he seems like a manager. This happened Oct 7, 2024 between 4 to 4:30 PM. To the owner, do not reach out to me. Fix the management first then try to reach out. It seems like a normal occurrence to have a bad customer service in this branch. Most likely won't come back. Will tell my family, too.

I see this place over the last few months has terrible reviews for customer service and I see why.. The drive thru was rude and lied about they don't offer kids free after 4pm. I showed the girl at the drive thru there website she said it's the owner that said that don't offer it anymore. Don't waste your time or $$ here. Sounds like the need new management.

Worst customer service. I went in to order. Staff saw me but didn't acknowledge me. I waited a while and one of them walked up to a register next to me but took a drive through order. Still noone acknowledged me so I left.

Last time I came, the drive through cashier tried to keep my change. She handed me the coins, but not the bills. I had to ask for them. She didn't even seem surprised or apologize. It didn't seem like an accident.

This place needs new management.

The Family Hut

Don’t bother coming here their rude as can be (older lady) you can’t understand what their saying over the intercom and then get upset with you for getting the order wrong then all the workers go to the back and trust you eat the food after coming back with a smirk? Waste of time and food and money. Apparently it’s a problem to ask for jalapeños as well.
