Terrible service by an older lady, early 40s, at the register. My husband went in to pick up an Ubereats order on 2/25 around 8:30pm and he tried asking the lady if all the items were in the bag. She responded in a condescending tone “Is the order for you? It’s a delivery right?” He said “yes it’s a delivery” and she responded “then yes everything is there”. I can understand that customers can be a lot, but he didn’t ask in a rude way, he is also trying to provide customer service. She either needs to be retrained or switched to a different position.

Sharing my bad experience Today when using the drive thru that is very small and don’t warn you that it is not suitable for trucks like Chevy Silverado, etc. Unfortunately the exit corner does not allow you to get out well, and I scratched the right rim and almost ruined the tire, I called the Manager and explained why they don't warn new clients about the problem to avoid unnecessary loss and future bad experience with repair costs.I hope they do something about it.?

The food is very good, I think most of them are friendly and polite. The last time I went I had a bad experience with a cashier. She was the only one in front and she was doing something else, while I was standing waiting, she never came back to tell me I'll take care of her right now, she just didn't look at me, until someone from behind told me that she offered it and apologized for her attitude. she. We always come back to this location because it's so close to home, but that cashier just never has a friendly face.

Terrible customer service by Rosie aka Rose. The "manager" on duty. Absolutely the worst. Unfortunately and condescending.I've been coming to this location for years (I work across the street). Every time I come, I ALWAYS ask for the veggies to be replaced with salad. So to my surprise, I was told that they "can't do that at this time"at the drive through. So when I get to the window I ask to speak to the manager. The girl says she's the manager. So I ask why she can't replace the veggies? Rosie said, because "it's not in the system"and the owner isn't here. Lololol I then said, I would like to give her direct feedback. Which was that, she gave off the attitude of not wanting to help with such a simple ask. Also that, I've never had this problem before and other workers have done it. She then had the audacity to say that it might have been the owner who did it. To which I replied, that the other workers were both male and female, so unless she's a shape shifter that isn't always the case. I asked for the owners name, she wrote it on the paper, no number, I asked for the number and she said,"I don't know it". I said, you work here and are the manager and you've never called here and don't know the number? To which she replied yes I've never called here. At that point she was intentionally just making it worse and was less and less helpful. I asked her to look it up and she miraculously found it and wrote it on a piece of paper (photo included). Feel free to call and verify their policies, ask for the owner Michelle. I told Rosie, that she could've just swapped out the veggies and called it a day, and I wouldn't be having this conversation holding up the line. To which she quickly and rudely replied, "you're choosing to hold up the line". I said, so you think I planned this entire thing just so I could hold up the line? You're actually blaming me for this entire situation? Ridiculous. I then asked if she was going to give me my food? She didn't ask or offer it. Stating, that says want sure if I still wanted it. Then ask if you're not sure. There needs to be serious retraining and Rosie does not need to deal with customers directly. A simple swap turned into thisThe the veggies were not thoroughly cooked, half were cold to the touch. Didn't eat. Food was average at best. I don't recommend this location. Go to another waba grill where it's not going to break the system or cause then to go bankrupt to switch veggies to a salad. I also had a friend on the phone who heard this entire interaction, who can attest to the validity of this. They were incredulous as to what happened.Unfortunate something so small became a problem.

The food was great, and I had special order and it came the way I asked for it. Got chicken and veggies only.I ordered some shrimp and they were missed but it was corrected immediately when I came back through.Food was hot and fresh and very good definitely grub...

It had been awhile since I ate WaBa Grill and o wanted some today. I should've saved my $20. My chicken was overly cooked and my food tasted terrible. I won't be going back. I will give it a one star for the quick service.

One of the Waba Grills you want to avoid. The only great thing about this location is the parking. Lots of parking. But walk-in and customer service is out the door off the bat. Secondary, this was my second visit here, for whatever reason the beef and chicken was again over cooked and extremely jerky style. Oddly enough I didn't say anything the first time so I figure give them a shot again before I make anymore judgements. Well the food failed again and I'm definitely not coming back.

Every time I come in now for the past 3 months I get my order wrong .They don't know the difference between steak and chicken .I ask for chicken and I get steak .The food is good but I end up eating something that I can't have with my damn diet .
