Guy at the counter very rude on multiple occasions

The place is a great option for lunch, but I'm not sure about this specific location. There's one older lady there who was fairly rude to us for making a mistake ordering, directly after she blatantly ignored my lady who asked for a wabba bowl aand waited for me to speak for her. It threw me off, aand When my lady made a common mistake, as told to us by the manager who was fixing the issue, she muttered rudely that we said "you wabba bowl". I've never gotten sick eating here the 3 times I've gone, and I've always gotten the tacos. The tacos are beyond delicious and wabbas always a healthy choice, but this location, all three times, smelt like a fart, something dead/rotting, or a flat out sewage leak. The last two times I didn't pay and the smell made me wait outside and question the food. Sadly I don't think I'm going back, specifically because of how the smell makes me feel about the food and the experience as a whole. Why haven't they fixed that, it's a big issue? If my aunt or girlfriend would have just decided for anything else, I wouldnt of been back. The areas full of a bunch of great smelling, well maintained facilities with other healthy food options that won't make you question your experience.

This is my favorite Waba by far! Its always super clean, the rice and chicken are always cooked perfectly. The staff here is top notch too! Always cleaning between assisting customers. This location is the standard that is every Waba should strive to meet!When I'm out of the house and need to eat, 90% of the time I'm looking for that area's Waba. With the dietary restrictions that come with MS, I usually can't eat out or I can only have one thing on the entire menu. But at Waba it feels like I can eat like a normal person again. The whole clean approach to the preparation of the food, the simple healthy ingredients, and the addictive Waba sauce is exactly why MS or not, I became customer for life from my first taste
The comments and respect the crew in the night have is very disappointing and unacceptable. I went in to order their 20 pc. of dumplings for my work crew only to be told that they don't have any dumplings at all. I decided to order just a regular steak bowl as I was already there. As I was walking away to take a seat I hear, who I believe is the cook, make a comment saying " I can't believe he would eat that much by himself" in Spanish and the lady who helped me, princess, laugh and just tell him to shut up in a joking way. Automatically as a customer this would make you not want to eat here anymore as they show no respect whatsoever to their customers. I'm assuming both the cook and princess didn't think i understood what they were saying as they continued talking about the order and laughing. Based on the reviews already on this place it seems it's a trend and not much is being done to work on their service.

My first time trying Waba Grill. I loved the mini bowl option with a value 12 oz. Soda. The charbroil on the chicken was delicious. This place was super clean, impeccably clean! I will be back.

Lady says they closed. It was 5:33. They close at 6pm on Sunday
I went to order and there was child behind the counter. Touching food and packaging the food order in bags. My food was poorly packaged and the child packaged my food in a way that my order was a mess in its container when I got back to work. I believe it’s a safety hazard and health issue to has a child behind a counter and a food establishment.

Xaira very rude worker, walked away after I paid, didn't give me my receipt had to grab it myself, and just had an overall attitude.

I placed an online order at 12.09pm. for pick up at 1245 pm. I got there at 1245pm, and they said they did not have an order for me. I showed the cashier the email, and she looked on the register and said it's coming. in now(@1245pm), I said I have to leave, just send me a refund. Her attitude was nasty, and I will not order again from that location.

The food is good but why does it smell like boo-ty. Smells like a porter potty 3 hours in at your local rave event. Reminds me of a KFC I went to in Tijuana with the sewage water running under rails beneath my feet. Gives off a funky whiff you notice near a dump or the Los Angeles River on a hot windy day. Gotta change that mop water or get corporate to send them a new mop, I feel bad for the employees having to put up with that stench. The food is great though, 5 stars to the food.

Service is great, food it was ok but too much teriyaki sauce on the beef and if you get vegetables instead of rice they charge you $ 2.00 extra.
