Today I ordered the son of a baconator the commercial does say just order a hamburger and it’ll be hot and fresh and you know what for the first time in a long time it was actually hot and fresh I want to thank the guys were awesome service as well with a delicious burger

Charged me cookies that were not in my bag and was given no receipt.
Fries are $5…..should at least be hot when handed over. Immediately opened the bag to eat cold fries

It's great since their remodel happened Dec. 2024, the interior is quite inviting and the food very good as well, I recommend the saucy nuggets 10/10

My kids were already hungry and really excited over the Krabby Patty Meal, only to not receive the packaging. They don't have it at this location. It's just regular packaging.

I am a big fan of Wendy’s food, but their SpongeBob meal was overpriced and lacking. They gave us the pineapple frosty with the CHOCOLATE FLAVOR. Why couldn’t they just tell us that they were all out of vanilla instead of just whipping up the pineapple flavor with chocolate ?♂️ also, the meal was advertised with a box or something like that but they were just put into a bag like a regular meal. Wendy’s really failed on their delivery with this SpongeBob collab. I would never have spent well over 12 bucks for this lackluster meal.

Wendys messed up my order and every time I try to call, no one picks up. I’m so frustrated because all I want is for them to make things right!

I asked for 4 of the same thing. Only received and paid for 2. Asked if I could order the 2 missing meals then and there. Was told I would have to drive back around and go thru the line again. Wasn't worth the wait.

Make sure to let them know at the speaker if you dont mind being charged for sauce and double check they put it on your tan before paying with card to avoid extra fees also check your bag to make sure you have the right good they constantly give out the wrong things and ask for your food to be fresh they take food back in the drive thru window when mistaking orders which is against california food code laws

Everything was good about this restaurant. They don't have a drink fountain on the customer side of the counter. It's nice and clean. It was a difference in the coupon versus the cash register which the manager cited on the coupon my friend had.
