I live close to another Wingstop but I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this one. I know that when I order my food ahead it will be ready when I get there, and the staff is very attentive. The only downsides are dealing with an In-N-Out traffic in that parking lot. Itd also make this Wingstop a million times better if they had the freestyle machine

Great customer service. Thank you Raymond and Aiden. From the cashier and the cook in the back. There was no option to tip. Only online apparently. I had a very great experience. The cashier explained how ordering went as far as flavors. He went above and beyond to provide me with the best experience possible. He didn’t have to, but he did and that made me feel valued, to me that means a lot. Especially times like this where I wasn’t knowledgeable and he could’ve just simply disappointed me. Thank you guys for making my order to my expectation, it goes a long way.

I went today and picked up my order i paid online it was a 30 piece to only get 10. I called and ask for a refund.... the place looked dirty when I went in and all the workers were standing around in the front talking and doing nothing at least they can do is make sure the complete order was there.

Just got to say everything was amazing lemon pepper all day
Went in to get some chicken and right before I could order a roach popped out on the soda machine. The didnin area was filthy and there 2 baskets of pre cooked chicken. Sorry but it's a NO for me. I walked right back out. Customer service was good she was nice and quick to ask for my order.

Went in to get my order, as I walked in there was a bunch of people waiting for their orders, orders were just placed on the rack with no one calling out names. One guest place her order at 5pm and set a time for pick up and it was not even ready the time was 7:30pm. Online order are not giving the correct time of pick up. I asked for a refund and the host just wrote on my receipt and told me it takes 3-5 business days I then asked if I can get refunded now she told me that her manager isn’t there until Friday I proceeded to asked for a supervisor and apparently they were on lunch. Not the customer service that i expected. I just hope my husband receives his refund back.

Bad service. Came in with me and my client and we both order, I got mines first because I order online. Took forever and they were extremely rude. They need more assistance. More help. It’s overly packed, and they provide bad service due too high demand and unorganization. Didn’t even get my ranch, and that’s the way I love too eat my wings and fries, way too packed and crowed. Hirer more professional and get more organized.
