One guest place her order at 5pm and set a time for pick up and it was not even ready the time was 7:30pm. Online order are not giving the correct time of pick up. I asked for a refund and the host just wrote on my receipt and told me it takes 3-5 business days I then asked if I can get refunded now she told me that her manager isn’t there until Friday I proceeded to asked for a supervisor and apparently they were on lunch. Not the customer service that i expected. I just hope my husband receives his refund back.

Disgusting, disgusting. I had food poisoning so bad that I almost ended up at the hospital. Do not buy from here. Everything is cooked in the same oil. Seems like the oil never changes. Be careful eating this food. I'm not a picky person with food at all. I never had any issues with food. I never had food poisoning in my life and this was the worst experience I could have ever had. Its all crust basically. Im not mad, just disappointed. How could one possibly think this is meal worthy when they served it.

Would not recommend this spot. Over cooked chicken, cold and unseasoned fries. I’ve ordered extra seasoned an didn’t get what I ordered. They don’t mix the sauce they only dizzle hot sauce on the chicken leaving it dripping out the box. One of the worst I’ve ever been to.
