You basically have to buy a soda to get water. The service here is horrible. I rather driver further than come back here. A complete joke. I don't recommend this place.

Worst wing stop I’ve been too.
Customer service is terrible!
I placed my order online and waited 25 minutes to pick my order up. Just to make it there for them to tell me that they just started dropping classic chicken and that it’s going to take another 15 minutes when I’ve placed my order more then 20 minutes ago.

10/10 first time ever getting wingstop at a new location and it was amazing, staff was very friendly, the food was well cooked, and they were pretty fast with my order.

I have never had Wingstop hit like they've hit today
3/13/25 at 3pm. My experience started at the door where the gentleman working gave me time to look at the menue and never made me feel rushed. Ontop of that he was super helpful and kind. I ordered a 3 piece tender combo.
Secondly one problem I have with most wing stops is dirty tables as most Wingstop tables are full of fry crumbs, ranch drips, or sauce smears, but not here, not today. All of the tables were perfectly clean even though they were busy dealing with a whole line. I then paid a trip to the bathroom to wash my hands where I can happily say the whole bathroom was clean. Then after a short wait (shorter than l've ever waited at any Wingstop as a walk in customer) I sat down to enjoy my food and wow. I can confidently say that the fries I were given had to be the absolute best Wingstop fries l've ever had. They were perfectly seasoned, soft yet firm (l've only ever gotten super soggy fries from Wingstop). Then I opened up my tender box where I saw the glorious sight of perfectly sauced tenders. (I mean perfectly) they were the perfect temperature which was a welcome surprise as other wingstops often serve me cold, dry tenders. Excellent job wing stop. I'd give my experience a million starts if I could.

They Always mess up my orders

Been coming to this location for some time never had issues with my orders ,I Did an online order through the app and picked up my order and drove home prepared myself to eat and then I noticed that I didn’t get my full meal and had everything open already to eat and my wings where incomplete. i called the location and they answered me and told them about my issue and the worker tells me give them a second and wait for them to speak with who’s there boss or something and they tell me that all they could do is remake my order and take the one I have and I asked them if they can just do a delivery and they said they can’t do that so I said okay then they just hung up the phone on me . Im not wasting my time driving back and gas and still wait for my order to be remade again and probably wait another 20 to half an hour of wait. What a disappointment

The girl on the register is polite but they need to communicate better and read orders carefully, got a wrong order. And had to take it back. I was hungry and the drive was bad (going back to give them back the wrong order) and waited for my new order 😔

All the employees have horrible attitudes including the manager asked to speak to him over the phone and he hangs up on me! Since when can’t you give a refund for an order you been waiting 2hrs for!! Never will order here again

Awful, you order your food online or inside and they tells you your food will be ready within 15-25 mins but ends up being over an hour. Once you get your food (thinking it’s going to be hot and ready to eat) it ends up being cold and I also didn’t get my all my wings that I ordered.
They are really short staffed and I recommend anyone who orders from this place to be ready to wait over an hour or more on Thursday-Sunday

Worst customer service I’ve have ever experienced in my entire life! Being a manager is having to set the example for your employee’s!!!
that wasn’t the case. She should be fired immediately!! if you don’t like your job and you hate it do us a favor and just quit!!! give someone else the opportunity to take on the manager role and do a better job!!!
She said she was a manager never wanted to say her name. My husband had placed an order for store pick up at the Rialto location off the 210 We’ve been doing this for years never had issues with placing our order online. Somehow someway our order went to the other location in Rialto. When my husband and I noticed that it was showing a different location on an order receipt . We right away, called the location to cancel our order. It was two minutes after we placed our order and the managers had said that order was already ready and she couldn’t cancel it. That’s ridiculous, How do you have an order already made two minutes after it’s been placed common sense. She kept saying she couldn’t cancel her order and give us our refund back. We had receipts to show her that it was only two minutes after the order was submitted and she still didn’t wanna work with us was being very disrespectful and kept saying just come and pick up your order at this location. I wasn’t gonna drive 20 minutes away to just pick up an order that she could’ve just canceled on her end. I got in contact with the district manager, but I wasn’t pleased with the outcome of how they handled the situation.
If it wasn’t for me following up with her, I would’ve never got an answer. She said I was supposed to get a call from someone else and never did to this day. I’m still waiting for them to call me.
this is ridiculous. Wingstop franchise should really look into This location and fire that manager, who even knows she might not even be a manager and just said she was.
