This is my second dissatisfied experience with this location… I know, (smh) I keep going back for convenience. I call as I always do to place my order. Person that answered the phone/ instantly told me I had to place my order with AI. I corrected her and told her that wasn’t true.. she hurried and passed the phone to someone named Cat, well at least that’s the name on my receipt, she took my order. I went into pick up my food, asked to speak with a supervisor/manger( Kia). Of course they were on break for 30 mins.. lol
Long story short, stop playing games, if I wanted to use AI, I would have. No one has time for kiddy games. Teachable moment:::: This is not good representation of the company. Especially we as customers spending our hard earned money. We want…good customer service and good product.

I went to this store today for the first time and I must say Lisa & Ivan the 2 to help me were on it. They not only made my meal fresh but they also got it out in amazing timing. As someone who only gets a 30 min lunch they made it quick. When Lisa & Ivan helped me they were very kind and patient with me. I appreciate their customer service so well!

Me and my friend got our order completed around 8:40 and we waited 30 minutes before asking when our food was going to be ready, mind you other people were coming in, once we asked they told us to wait another 20 minutes because they were just getting started.. I probably wouldn’t come here again but who knows ?♀️
Every single time i go to this wingstop everything turns out great! they never mess up my order and the staff are always friendly☺️ today my dad door dashed some wings from this wing stop and they were so good, very crispy and had a lot of sauce! shout out jas they killed these wings ?? definitely will order again!
I ordered a 10 piece boneless combo. Instead I received 6 pieces of Buffalo boneless with cold unseasoned fries. Plus their drink dispenser had no ice. Believe me, I understand when it's a busy day but how do you get one order correct and another wrong? When I called to alert that my order was wrong the girl who was the cashier was Very rude and sounded frustrated with me just trying to explain my order. So I had to ask for the manager because she decides it was best to argue with the customer. The manager was nice enough to offer to remake my order correctly as long as I brought back the food they originally gave me. In which I did and was grateful for the manager. The cashier girl needs more customer service training. It's employees such as herself that make food establishments look bad. Just make sure to check your order before leaving this WingStop here in rialto.

I do not recommend this place. I had a pretty big order and there were a lot of our food missing and it was super cold . We had to wait 20-30. I was upset and disappointed,and am never going to place again they messed up our order and this wasn’t the first time.
