Going to find another location for frozen yogurt. I make the drive once a month on a Wednesday and the store is a mess and getting plain tart is a struggle or there symply isn't any. You don't need to hire a genius to tell you that maybe you need 2 machines with plain tart.

Rudest workers ever! Missing from the front counter over 15 minutes. Then comes and doesn’t say a word. We tell her we are waiting on one more yogurt to be made and she walks away to the back without saying a word. Another 5 minutes comes back with a dirty look on her face. Sucks because I’m a bartender and always tip 30 percent. Oh well. Won’t come back to this location

HAD ICE CREAM HERE WITH MY DAUGHTERS TODAY, IT WAS HOT IN THE STORE SO I CALLED THE MANAGER BRAD AND HE TELLS ME THATS IT'S 74 DEGREES AND THAT ITS SET IN THE BACK. WELL I CAN SEE THE THERMOSTAT AT 80 DEGREES AND HE'S ON THE PHONE ARGUING WITH ME. WELL HERE'S THE PROOF AND THE TABLES THAT WERE A LITTLE DIRTY AS YOU CAN SEE, BUT THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY.

Came here honestly just incredible. Clean and nice, small and homey. Better than other locations I’ve been too.

We should have gone to Happy Camper Creamery like we planned to. Instead, we made a last minute decision to go to this place - against my first mind. Whoever was on staff at 2:30pm on Saturday, January 3, 2024, was so nasty and rude, if I didn’t believe in reaping what you sow, I would have told her how she could fix her miserable life. The most horrible customer service I’ve experienced in 15 years. Ugh.

Prices have skyrocketed again since the last time I went. Over $12 for two smaller portioned treats. This particular location was prepping the machines for closing about 45 minutes early, and they took the tips off the dispensers. Six flavors down, and the choices overall weren’t the best. There is no bang for your buck here anymore

Use to come to this location twice a wk but the machines are always down they never have fresh fruit or even fruit out I go at 8pm usually the girl has said oh we are closing soon so there’s no point n putting strawberry’s out , the machines are never working so they usually only have a few selections they are a hot mess , I started going to the one in SB they are clean and all flavors are working and everything is clean please work on this thank you !!!

This happened on 9/1/23 around 8:30. When I was waiting in line to pay the cashier was on her phone looked to be talking on her phone, when it was my turn to pay she asked if I wanted a receipt I said Yes loud and clearly, I finished paying, she said bye left to the back with two customers waiting to pay, and never received my receipt. I understand that there are family emergencies and hope that was the reason but she could have asked one of her coworkers who was near the register who looked to be cleaning the station if she could take over real quick so she can take her phone call, would rather have that then someone who isn’t focused on their job.
