I went last night on august 21st 2025 and the workers were great there was a lady who was being an annoying Karen to them and she held up the line for like 20 mins I felt bad for them but they handled it great it must be hard to deal with special people all day

the yogurt and everything was super good and everything was clean, but the customer service wasn’t the best :( the girl in the front was being super rude to us and speaking harsh. it was our first time at yogurt land me and my siblings so it was different for us and she wasn’t very helpful when we payed overall just was acting cold towards us.

My family and I love this place! Very family friendly and the employees are always friendly. The employee working today was very friendly and helped my wife get signed up for rewards. I have been to all the yogurtlands you can imagine and none of them were as clean as this one! The toppings section was well organized and everything clean!

Today I visited for the first time with my family and oh boy do I have to say I am hooked now. Besides this ice cream being delicious the customer service was top notch. I grabbed the number off the glass to let you know that this employee deserves all the recognition! Very friendly, attentive and clean establishment, we will be returning 😊

if i could give this place zero stars i would i came in around 8 pm i was hungry for a snack and i decided to choice yogurt land i get there and i make my own bowl or whatever and i get to the lady she has no class she should be fired on the phone im trying to talk to her but she’s completely ignoring me at when she rings me up she expects a tip why would this person want a tip if she did absolutely nothing but disrespect me by not paying attention and what’s up with the tip on the screen bro like what does she need a tip for she didn’t even do anything tips are earned and she did nothing to earn it do better yogurt land.
Trash location. Trash employees with disgusting attitudes. All the tables were FILTHY. 3 machines were broken. The remaining ones were spewing out nothing but watery liquid. First & last time I visit this location. HEALTH GRADE NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED. AND THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED

First and LAST time I go to this location! I am a yogurtland fan but this place is awful, the server bradmichaelsca328 (that's what receipt said) was very rude, no customer service at all!!! No whipped cream, no Nutella and machines broken! (Plain yogurt ones) Quite an experience! I was excited to find out there was a yogurtland near my workplace for me to enjoy at lunchbreak but ended up beyond dissapointed. 😒

This Yogurtland at Renaissance Marketplace in Rialto is a bit of a mixed bag. While the core Yogurtland experience - delicious, customizable frozen yogurt - holds up strong, the small size and potential for overcrowding make it less than ideal during peak times.
Visited on National Frozen Yogurt Day, the shop was predictably packed for its annual BOGO deal. The small space felt even smaller with the influx of customers, and unfortunately, cleanliness suffered as a result. It's understandable given the circumstances, but definitely impacted the overall experience.
Despite the chaos, the staff were a definite highlight. They remained friendly and cooperative, navigating the frenzy with a smile. The selection of yogurt flavors and toppings was impressive, living up to the Yogurtland standard of endless possibilities for crafting your perfect frozen treat. The yogurt itself was, as always, delicious and refreshing.
However, potential customers should be aware that this location is smaller than others. Seating is limited, so be prepared to grab your yogurt and go, especially during busy periods.

Going to find another location for frozen yogurt. I make the drive once a month on a Wednesday and the store is a mess and getting plain tart is a struggle or there symply isn't any. You don't need to hire a genius to tell you that maybe you need 2 machines with plain tart.

Rudest workers ever! Missing from the front counter over 15 minutes. Then comes and doesn’t say a word. We tell her we are waiting on one more yogurt to be made and she walks away to the back without saying a word. Another 5 minutes comes back with a dirty look on her face. Sucks because I’m a bartender and always tip 30 percent. Oh well. Won’t come back to this location
