Anaviv catered our wedding and WOW they did an amazing job. So many folks came up to us to comment on the food. Having great food at the wedding was so important to us, and every passed appetizer and served dish was excellent. They easily accommodated dietary restrictions and adapted to last-minute changes in guest-count. They were incredibly gracious and professional from the first moment of the tasting through the last course of the meal and I would pick them again 100 times over. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Anaviv catering and Wendy Kleckner fed our 120 wedding guests. When we began planning our wedding, the quality of the food was a high priority and Anaviv did not disappoint.Wendy has now catered my baby naming, bat mitzvah, and wedding. She was on site the day of our wedding from setup to tear down, and boy did she go above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She saw that each area was setup according to our needs and she did a walkthrough with us prior to the wedding day. On the day of our wedding, she regularly checked on us to make sure we got a chance to enjoy our meal. The appetizers, entree, and desserts tasted amazing. Many guests were telling us how much they liked the food.Honestly, from the food tasting to the wedding day, everything was top notch. Each item was well thought out and based on our dietary requests. Anaviv was able to create a Rabbinically supervised kosher feast that tasted like it was from a gourmet restaurant. The food was exceptional in quality and it also was presented in a visually appealing manner. The staff were kind, on time, and left the venue clean.Truly, Anaviv is the best catering company we could have asked for! We enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who wants a low stress wedding day.

We just booked Anaviv for our wedding in November and had our tasting last night. The food was so fresh and delicious and the team is amazing. We are blown away by Tonya's level of care, service, and dedication. You can tell how much love she has for her work and her clients. My fiance and I feel incredibly blessed that we connected with Anaviv! They are the most helpful and accommodating folks out there! Run, don't walk!

I have tried Anaviv's twice. It's a little oasis in an unlikely spot, right off Hoffman and Cutting in the old shipyard area of industrial Richmond. It's essentially just a catering kitchen, so it pretty well adapted to post COVID outdoor dining. The recent Friday night I was there, there were about 30 people at about ten tables. The menu is limited to maybe 8 items. The first time I had a pizza, and it was quick fired and a little too doughy and undercooked for my taste. Give me my pizza almost burnt, please. This last time I had the short ribs with rice and bok chow and it was really really good. 5-star good. Smokey tender short ribs at their best. With tax and tip, expect to spend about $30 a person, plus beverages. So one hit, one miss, and slightly on the expensive side for very casual dining leads me to 4 stars.

Lovely little spot for Al fresco dining in an expected location. I love their crispy chicken bowl and their thin crust pizzas. You can also choose from several local beers and enjoy some live music on the weekends. And they also have Open Air Coffee there on weekend mornings.

What a wonderful find while visiting the city of Richmond. What a unique location with amazing food, drinks and music. They are a local caterer that have transformed their kitchen to accommodate outdoor seating with live music and chef quality food. The pizzas are sensational as are the salads and desserts. We loved the Hen of the Woods Pizza, the Winter Leeks gave it a very unique flavor that made the pizza taste extra rich. We also tried the signature Crispy Chicken with brown rice. The chicken was excellent, we would love to see this on a signature chicken sandwich (hint, hint). They had a live band as well and they were excellent and made this special restaurant even better. The place is a little hard to find, but worth the extra effort. Enjoy

Happened upon this place on our way to the Museum. Saw that it had outdoor seating and decided to stop for a quick bite. Between 3 people, we shared a Margarhita Pizza of which my mom ate 4 slices! I was feeling menu envy as I watched the delivery of many different items to other tables. They all looked great; they all smelled great. Had I more time and different company, I would've loved to chill here with a beer and try some other dishes. Seems they have an ever changing menu so, all the more reason to come back!

Really good wood fired pizza in a tucked away spot. They've done a nice job making a pleasant outdoor seating area in a not so terrific setting. Coffee from the little teardrop trailer on site was really good. Chai was amazing!

Fantastic spot for lunch outdoors! We stopped by here between errands & the food and customer service were both amazing :) we got the fries, fried egg on scallion pancake, and crispy chicken rice bowl. Highly highly recommend to make this stop if you can! They also have live music some nights--hope to check that out sometime soon!

Hidden gem in Richmond, came here Sunday late afternoon during their open market. We were able to meet Anon the chef and owner, he was really nice and showed us the private dining area which seats groups of 10-14 ppl (same party) Unfortunately due to Covid they do not have the options of invidiual/couples to eat in there. So I just need to get 8 friends to go with us to check out the Chef's tasting menu. They had a jazz band that played at 5pm. Once it got dark the lights were on and they brought out the heated fire/ lamps. I had my first warm muddled wine and it was really delicious I want more!!. It was perfect for the cold evening. Ordered the fire oven mushroom pizza and it was so tasty and good. The fried chicken rice bowl was delicious to you can get either white or brown rice. Man for this cold winter weather they just need to serve some soup and that would be puuurrrfect !! lol. This is definitely a very chill-hang out spot, I am going to come back here with friends.

We had a wonderful dinner party. The food was delicious, the wine pairings were lovely, and the experience was fantastic overall. Each ingredient was fresh and flavorful. I recommend Anaviv's Table and I'm grateful for such a memorable night.

I increased my star rating from 1 to 5 when Nick offered to bring a bottle of wine and extra gravy to my house.

This place exceeded my expectations. There bowls are fantastic, my favorite is the one with wagu beef. They also had a great variety of kombucha and sodas in addition to wine, and I really liked the outdoor kitchen, friendly staff, and comfortable atmosphere. I found it a bit expensive as I looked at the menu, but once I got the food and it was so good I was stoked. Highly recommend!
