A friend took me here and it was the most disappointing dining experience I've ever had in the bay area. When I sat down to look at the menu, I could already tell the restaurant was deeply confused about its identity. How can the food possibly taste good if the restaurant doesn't even know what culinary traditions it's following? The result is predictable, the dishes are prepared poorly, the food has no flavor. The marina is still nice, and the drinks were acceptable, but it's a hard sell when the food is so bad.
The garlic noodles here are incredible!

The quality of the meat and chicken was very poor. They have a spring roll which for some odd reason this stuff in a piece of meat and it was unusable to the point where you have to take it out of your mouth and set it on the plate. And their short ribs in no way resemble short ribs. Just simple strips of very chewy meat.

Nice little Vietnamese restaurant right on the dock. Service is very nice and restaurant is spacious. Food is not bad and probably best choice in the area.

Nice place to eat, especially if you are walking around the marina area. I personally like the bulgogi with some dumplings or spring rolls as appetizers.

A great place for take out or eat in , or sit and watch the ocean with just a cup of coffee
Since there are already many pics already posted, I decided not to add anything different. We ate dinner there and had the crispy crab rolls, Chinese chicken salad, shaking beef, and the pad thai with shrimp. There was a carafe of water set at the table. We ordered a few drinks too. The meal was very tasty (high quality) and quantity was more than adequate. We sat indoors near the bar, since the wind was blowing a bit and the outdoor seating that was open was only the front portion of the restaurant...the deck was closed. The view of the harbor was nice.

Food is freshly made, house made.
The Phó is deeply flavorful.
The garlic noodles are chewy, garlicky comfort.
The service is attentive but not pushy.
The location and view of the harbor are relaxing and romantic.
The food, the ambiance and the service
First time at this restaurant, the dishes are well served, the service was very good and what can I say about the view of the pier, it's beautiful, too bad it was raining.
Good food, good service
