Working out of the parking lot behind La Loma market on McBryde and San Pablo and Bringing that real Sinaloan, and Jarocho flavor, Carlos's tamales, that come in potato and sausage, cheese, Chorizo, sausage and beef, are homemade delights, so hard to find in this world of fast food. Carlos is an expert chef, who sells out his excellent salsa first thing every day. So try to get there before 1:00 p.m., and get some while it's still there. These are the most delicious tamales in the East Bay area, made by a real craftsman who knows true Mexican tamale flavor.
