It is the second time I come this week and the workers serve portions that do not meet the standards of their establishment, today is the 3rd time that they have served me very little rice very little beans very little meat the spoon was in half and this is constant I want to file the complaint since it is not the first time this happens, but I have made the decision to make a review on Google with a star and not go back to your restaurant in Richmond since the staff serves portions that meet the weight requirements in the place and many people complain about the same thing I made the claim to the person who attended me and he practically does not care he left me the same portions this is the 3rd time they serve very little the truth I will not go back to this chipotle

I tried the online-exclusive protein menu today and it was a total letdown. Compared to other locations, the meat portion was tiny—mostly just beans, lettuce, and an absurd amount of onions. I’m done with this branch until they let us order in-person so I can actually see what’s going into the bowl.

This was my first time at this location and I was disappointed. I placed an online order for pickup and arrived early thinking it wasn't prepared yet. We'll it was after asking a couple of employees if my order was ready Someone located my order. I noticed once I got home that my order was Luke warm and missing guacamole that I paid for. Next time I'll stick to my normal location.

We had food catered in, the amount of serving for 10 people was awful, the lettuce was the biggest dish, the rice was so little that few people ate, and it was gone, the portions of meat were like 8oz in a container, why give 5 containers of 1/2 full, should put it in a larger container like the one the lettuce held! It would have at least looked so appetizing and worth the $220, OMG never again from Chipotle, they are not generous like Panda

I went to this Chipotle and the service is very bad, the floor is too dirty, the guy who is always at the register is asked for the code for the bathroom and first he says I have to buy first, which seems disrespectful to me. I ask him for bolky sauce for my bowl and he tells me if there is no one on the table, he will not bring out any new ones, he is very rude. I don't have his name but he is always at the register, a short one with white skin. This person treats customers very badly, and I know that whenever someone wants to use the bathroom, he tells people to buy me something first and I'll give you the code to enter, which seems to me to be something that is against the customer treatment policies. Truly a very disgusting experience, I will never return to this Chipotle. I am also going to spread this in our WhatsApp group of Amazon drivers, we are more than 500 where they will not want to live this experience either. Very poorly managed by the manager, he is not attentive to the treatment of customers by the cashier.

Portions are solid, food is good for the most part. Biggest issue for this location is the frequency they change their oil. All 3 times we have gone the chips have a much darker color and poor taste compared to any other Chipotle. Not sure if they are trying to go cheap and not change the oil as frequently or if it's just laziness, but dont get chips here, you will be disappointed
