Totally adore COSTCO where we've shopped for 30 years now!! For EVERYTHING. Seriously. Household (including big TV) plus food plus flowers plus BLINDS for whole house. Cannot believe the savings and the staff are so friendly. Plus I adore seeing all the different families shopping together. Probably the BEST KEPT SECRET is the Optical Department where I've gotten amazing high end designer eyeglasses for $130, $115?! Fendi, Rayban, Chanel, Christian La Croix. Amazing And fabulous service w opticians & fitting staff. The BEST.

Went to Costco at 10am this Morning Mar 3 and came back home to make the ox tails I purchased cut the package open and the foul smell hit me instantly I checked the date and the sale/freeze date is Feb 28 make sure yall check the dates had to go back and make a return

I purchased a whole pizza over 45 minutes ago hoping it was ready however they did not even bother to check the order numbers like what's the point in having order numbers if they're not going to use it. It's getting ridiculous. It's so frustrating because they should at least check if it was ready instead of telling me there's a line. Yea, I can see there's a line but why can't you just check the order number. It's way too crowded and people just act like they own the whole aisle.

Great price for a giant hot dog on a bun and a drink but you gotta buy at the check stands ahead of time then get in line again to get your food!!!!! Definitely not the place to go if you want "fast" food. LOL

Cornisha at Costco in Richmond, Ca. is amazing! My online flower order via Costco.com was cancelled for an undetermined reason (the rep wasn't able to identify the reason). As a result, I was left scrambling at the last minute to find 300 pink roses to create centerpieces for my dear Grandmother's memorial service. Cornisha was so helpful, resourceful and helped to calm me down. She realized I was in a stressful situation and helped me to find all of the roses I needed. I could not have done it without her! The centerpieces turned out beautifully and I am so thankful for her help! There were two other ladies (I can't recall their names) but they definitely were not as willing to help me resolve my situation. They told me to come back the next day because the floral guy had left for the day and they deliver early in the morning. The floral guy was still there (and very helpful as well) and there was no delivery scheduled for the next day. Either way, Cornisha is a gem and Costco is lucky to have her! She should be recognized.

This Costco sells rotten apples and other produce that is rotten. They need quality control to go through their stock and remove the rotten items. Additionally, I've been overcharged several times. Check your receipt before you leave ...one of the employees in particular is very careless

Costco is, by far, the most affordable place to get vanilla and I really needed it. When I didn't see it in its usual place I assumed they'd ran out. Erick suspected it hadn't gotten moved around to make way for other seasonal holiday products. I tell you, Erick made it his MISSION to track down that vanilla! I've been coming to this Costco since I was a little kid. Happy they're still going strong

Costco delivery USED to be the BEST - NOW the WORST! THREE times they said it could not be put into my house, which I had to wrestle into my house MYSELF! I am 5'2" and 100 lbs. NOT GOOD!!!I just ordered a dryer to be delivered to another house, which I have done MANY times before. The order went through a week ago - NO ACTION. I was told TODAY that it was CANCELLED WITHOUT EXPLANATION NOR NOTICE. I ordered again today, within a few minutes AGAIN CANCELLED WITHOUT EXPLANATION, but at least notice. VERY DIFFICULT to get to a customer service person - eventually, she put me on hold for 15 minutes and gives me a lot of guff about how the cancellation notice was in MY spam folder, disregarding that I JUST TOLD HER about getting a cancellation notice TODAY! Then MORE HOLD to be told to change the NAME on the delivery address - AS IF that would work! TERRIBLE COMPUTER changes, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER "SERVICE" - COSTCO delivery service is going to the dogs! GRRR!
I went there today. Ms. Noel was at front desk. I was there with my 15 days old son that's why I thought instead of standing in long line at the return area, she can help us to return one of my item. When I went there and request for help, Ms. Noel was so rude. She said that's your fault so you have to go to return area to return that item. So bad customer service. We always come to Costco but this is my first time experiencing so bad customer service.

I am writing not so much to speak to the quality of the store, but more to commend their employees.I went to Costco to get a few household items. The self check out was quite quick.On my way out of the store. I dropped my wallet and ended up placing it in the shopping cart. I went to my car and loaded my groceries into the car. Unbeknownst to me. I left my wallet in the shopping cart as I put it back into the stall. No more than half an hour later, of of the managers called me to say that they found my wallet and an employee had turned it in. I went back to the store to retrieve it and everything was still in the wallet. I can't thank them enough for their honesty and for taking the time to track me down in order to resolve this .

I (usually) love Costco. I've been to locations all over the country, and this is the worst one. One example: I just brought home a pizza and there was zero sauce on it. Not one drop. And because it was missing the sauce, it cooked all wrong and was hard and chewy like leather.I don't see how it's possible to do that by accident. You would notice that there's no red at all on the dough. So they must have done it on purpose. They must be purposefully messing with their customers for fun. Either that, or they're so drugged out they don't notice they only put cheese on dough? My three year old literally does a better job making pizza out of Play Doh. I called the store and nobody cared. Because this is typical. This is how they run their store. The entire Richmond store is like a giant, inedible, leather and cheese pizza run by people you can't figure out if they're malevolent or stupid.
