Sad to hear this place will close soon. Glad it did so well for so long.

Had to go, for a medical appointment, at the local local hospital. Being close to lunch after the tests, we decided to try a Mexican meal at the nearby Hacienda Grill. We were impressed enough to go back many times and even introduce some friends. What we liked best is that it wasn't your basic 'American Mexican' restaurant but, in our opinion, tasty authentic Mexican food.

I have to admit that as a breakfast burrito lover there's no better place than Hacienda Grill! Their food is delicious and home made. I always get the breakfast burrito plate with potatoes and beans. The burrito is huge and I either get it with ham or bacon. It's tastiness makes me lick my fingers! Potatoes are sprinkled with lots of paprika and refried pinto beans with melted cheese on top are a great addition. They always have salsa and chips on the table along with Tapatio which definitely is a plus. I have tried few other Mexican places for breakfast but this one beats them all. The people working there are very polite and I feel like they really care about their customers. Their friendliness makes me come back. I almost forgot to mention that the breakfast burrito plate made me full for at least 6 hours! I will recommend this place to everyone!

Second time at this joint. Food is below average and not Authentic Mexican food. Something told me not to come here a second time but it was convenient at the time. Got there an hour before they closed and they stated take out only yet no signage displaying that . The chick was sweeping and acted like she didn't even want to take my order. I ordered a taco with a side of rice and beans and a super burrito (wet). When we got home which is literally 3-5 minutes away one side of the taco had disintegrated, the wet burrito had some kind of salsa on top rather than enchilada sauce (which a thought was the standard sauce for a wet burrito, I've never seen one drenched in salsa), and my super burrito didn't even have the sour cream or guacamole that I paid for. Not to mention the food tasted old and steak in my burrito was hard as hell. This is why I wanted to eat there so I could call them out on their s*** in real time. Oh and I'm pregnant so you know I'm pissed! I will never come back to this lame a** restaurant.

I don't know why I am giving two stars when I walked out but I am. The restroom smelled foul and when I sat down, there were ants crawling across my table. I don't know, maybe the food's good. I wouldn't know.

Some of the best Authentic Mexican food in the Bay. Never packed when I go so waiting for a table is unheard of.
