Ordered 2 waffles, waited patiently about 15 mins while I go back they handed the waffle to a customer that came after us. I asked them and was told to wait more…. What is the point to run the queue? Refund requested and will NEVER come back again

I order two drinks for my boys, both are 30%sugar,but they put 100% sugar, my kids said it was too sweet and couldn't drink it,also the order sticker is 25%！！！

Went to satisfy a boba craving.
The service is efficient and friendly.
The store is clean and friendly. I like the color. The menu is not so large as to get lost but large enough you are sure to find something yummy.
After choosing a drink you can choose your sugar and ice levels. I love being able to do this! They offer teas, slushes and yakult. The flavor was good. My only problem is that it took forever to make. It wasn’t even that busy. 😔

Ordered the ube milk tea with Taro puff cream and boba. The drink has a creamy taste to it thanks to the Taro puff cream and is enjoyable! The staff here is helpful and the service is good!

Ordered mango juice w/salted cream. Tbh, it is not mango juice, it is Water+mango sugar. I think they added to much water I don’t even feel like mango juice here. And the salted cream way too salty.

My husband enjoyed his drink! Very strong blend of Vietnamese coffee with cream puff. Yummy!! This novelty drink is priced fairly.
Superb customer services too! Warm and friendly greeting from the moment we walked in and until we left. I highly recommend to give them a try if you are in the area. I would absolutely visit them again when we are in town again.

My A10 special Vietnamese iced coffee with Salted Cheese was good ? but tasted too bitter with only 25% sugar.
