15% service is charged on all orders. There is no server, you order on the app and the food is brought out to you. The meat is horrible quality, it’s embarrassing that they even serve it. Extremely stringy and it seems there is a lot of fat on the meat. We spent $100 including the service fee. We ordered a medium spice soup but trust me, that soup was more than hot. It’s intolerable because of how spicy it is. I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone. The servers were rude, short with discussion and dismissive. Not welcoming at all, should’ve left when the restaurant was empty compared to the ones surrounding it. Either they need to train their employees on good service and provide better quality food for the price or just stop.

My gf & I had this $100 meal after over a decade. Waitress didn't mention the card to collect stamps and redeem for complementary combo plate.I saw it when I got home looking at their fine print on their business card.

This hotpot experience was below average, primarily due to the salty broth and the worst-quality beef I've ever encountered. With a price tag of $50 per person, it falls short of expectations. I wouldn't recommend it unless you find yourself with no other options. Plus, they don’t have side dish…..

A bit pricey, but amazing sauce bar and food. Really enjoyed all flavors and dishes ordered including stinky tofu and popcorn chicken

Make sure to hit that condiment bar!! Makes all the difference between a good meal and a great one ? take risks, to eat this hotpot you must know yourself.

Food is ok but the price is absolutely unreasonable. 4 people $260+. No seafood just cheap stuff the most expensive thing was the beef. I'm ok paying high price on good food but this was a ripoff. To top this off they charged for sauces. Really? And soup base per person. Omg and 5 for a canned drink. Went to a Michelin star restaurant for a delicious house made drink and they charged $5. Wake up. Disgusting. Keep in mind hotpot customer cook their own food. I will see when they will be shut down!

Loved this place! The sauce bar had so many options and the servings were very generous. We left content but not bloated at all

if you're looking for a solid late-night meal then hotpot nation is the spot to go in the east bay. their soup base options and variety in meat, veggies, seafood, and other ingredients available to choose from truly makes me feel like im in hot pot heaven. one thing id like to make a note on is the fact that i usually love eating my hot pot ingredients with sauces but with this spot their soup made each ingredient so flavorful/yummy i enjoyed it just as much without the sauces! what i also appreciate about this spot is how their service is more relaxed and laid back. however, if you need something there's a button at your table in which you can press so you can easily grab their attention which is so efficient. highly recommend for yall to check out this place with your friends and family!tips:- you can add different dividers/multiple soup bases in one big pot which allows you to share a fun meal with multiple people with different preferences- lots of parking available- lots of options for various food preferences- perfect for dates, friends, and family

This hotpot place was somewhat mediocre despite looking very tasty in pictures. I loved that we can get multiple soups on one table, making it ideal for groups with a variety of taste buds. However, the disappointment comes from the pricing and waiting. My friend and I shared the meal together and paid $50 each. Most hotpot places come with an unlimited serving of sides, including meat and veggies, but here, everything is priced. Thus, it limits the number of items you can put in your hotpot. Due to the price itself, I say it is not very worth it.We also waited a long time for the meat and veggies to get served to us. I wasn't too sure if they were preparing each item per order, or everything was already pre-chopped. There weren't also a lot of people inside the restaurant. The taste of the broth, though, is good and the meat, veggies, and sides were very fresh. Overall, I would recommend other places, but if this is the only option, especially late at night, then I say just go for it.

I'd like to come more often. But it's a bit $$$.. the food and broth are good tho, and I can take home whatever I don't eat.Vegetarian options: They have veggie and mushroom combos, good veggie broth as well...

What I liked about this place is that I can make/mix my own dipping sauces, the portions for side dishes were appropriate and you can take home left overs !! Take note there is a 15% service fee calculated into the total.

For the price, this place should be AYCE, though it isn't. The food quality is fine and the soup broths are good. Service wise, for small groups (~4-6) its fine. For large groups (~8-12), it seems like they just want you to do everything from set the table, rearrange the chairs, and find and distribute enough cooking and eating utensils, as they were not provided initially and not easily accessible to self-serve/even find. The sauce bar was fine, although I wish it was more clearly indicated that it was an additional per-person charge to use it. Small trays to carry multiple bowls of sauce would be a good addition.Reserving a spot is a fairly easy process via phone or online, and it didn't seem too crowded or noisy the entire time we went for a Friday evening.

So delicious taste and fresh meats. I would recommended spend more advertising that attract more guests because I had a hard time to find this location.Would come back next time
