Tretadue winery, Alexander Valley, Sonoma County
Montepulciano, Merlot, Sangiovese, Malbec. dark red color, bright fruit and
firm acidity and well-structured tannins destined to age well. The 2019 Cuvee 32 has
intense cherry/cassis aromas contributed by the Sangiovese followed by deeper red fruit
aromas of plums, blueberry, and a hint of pomegranate. Typical for the blend is an enticing
mixture of herbs and spices making the wine particularly enjoyable with Italian style food.
With more air the wine shows more complex yet still in developing stage aromas and
flavors of cocoa, cinnamon, leather, and black licorice. The mouth feel is medium to full
with relatively high, food friendly acidity and a long and fresh finish

Our second annual Thanksgiving dinner at Biancoverde! The restaurant was far from full, but before even finishing our appetizers, the waiter was bringing our main, family style, entree, which consisted of multiple plates, since it was a "dinner for 4". We felt rushed, even to the point of the waiter moving my husband's soup bowl while he was still eating! The food was delicious, as usual! We finished our meal and noticing that the restaurant was still much less...

Delightful ambience, great service, perfect before theater experience across the street at Masquers. Only quibble- entrees sides sere blah. Possibly frozen? But that's just a silly quibble. We will definitely be back!

We had a delicious meal on Sunday evening. We were directed to a quiet booth and our waitress was very attentive. Both the food and wine were delicious, and the background piano and violin music (live) was a very welcome addition to our meal.
