"Super Tuscan" Red wine blend. Bold
Tretadue winery, Alexander Valley, Sonoma County
Montepulciano, Merlot, Sangiovese, Malbec. dark red color, bright fruit and
firm acidity and well-structured tannins destined to age well. The 2019 Cuvee 32 has
intense cherry/cassis aromas contributed by the Sangiovese followed by deeper red fruit
aromas of plums, blueberry, and a hint of pomegranate. Typical for the blend is an enticing
mixture of herbs and spices making the wine particularly enjoyable with Italian style food.
With more air the wine shows more complex yet still in developing stage aromas and
flavors of cocoa, cinnamon, leather, and black licorice. The mouth feel is medium to full
with relatively high, food friendly acidity and a long and fresh finish

we are so impressed with the new owners of the Hotel Mac and its Italian makeover into delicious specialties and standard offerings. I had a delicious vegetarian Risotto (I'm far from vegetarian) which had more favor than my usual Risotto de Mare. The Lasagna was ordered and devoured by two of our group. Everything is fresh and very well presented. Nice wine list also. I had the Caymus Cab with three others and it was worth the price. I'd recommend this place for all...

Rememer it fondly when it was the Original Hotel Mac. The restaurant interior us always beautiful and inviting. The meat lasagna was very good. My friend said the gnocchi with pesto was one of the best he's had. Its pricey but everything is today. The menu offfers a very nice unique variety to choice from. Will go back to try something else.

Biancoverde is one of my favorite places. The speakeasy vibe, the relaxed, but efficient service, the great drinks and beautifully made and plated food. I always feel happy when I visit.
