Might be the best cafe in Richmond, or Pt Richmond at least!
Plenty of indoor seating and it stays open till 7PM everyday which is rare if you need a space to study or read. It get’s busy on weekends, so plan accordingly if you need to charge your devices.
I’ve gotten the matcha and regular latte thus far, and both have been more than satisfactory. Safe to say I’ll be coming every week!

Great pour and cozy interior.
Vegan bakery items, sandwiches - nice to have choices I had a seasonal latte that’s usually not available as vegan friendly elsewhere (pumpkin latte) They made it with pumpkin puree and it was vegan They have oat milk and soy milk too for drinks which is nice because not a lot of places have soy anymore There are board games for kids making it friendly for vegan families Updated from previous review on 2025-11-02

It is a beautiful space and the atmosphere is so good. Maybe we caught the barista (tall white guy) on a bad day, but his service and attitude was so bad that it couldn’t help but feel like it had a racist element. And if you look at the picture that’s how they serve you when you want to dine in and have a nice cup of coffee, a disappointing/low-effort presentation.

Lovely atmosphere . Plenty of seating options indoors as well as outdoors. Staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. Lots of people flowing in and out of the cafe throughout the day. We usually order beverages but there is a good selection of sweets and light sandwiches to go. Also vegetarian choices available. A place for everyone even kid friendly. It's a must-visit spot that will make you want to come back again and again.

Love this cafe! Great options for DF/GF
Restaurantji Recommends
Coffee and service was ok however limited to no seating taken up by laptops.
Super local vibe, love that. Nice baristas. Coffee is sour for those who can taste sour coffee (some love it). I can’t drink it. But: Baked goods have many decent GF options - yay!
Though I like the homey vibe it’s somehow cool too. It needs some cozy injection of color or style..also doors stand ajar so wear warm clothes is you run cold at all.
Outdoor space in back is a-dorable😍
Really appreciate it’s here💕

Upscale, pricey, priceless.
Young male Barista very unfriendly and hostile attitude - clearly doesn't like interacting with customers - scowled when I asked him a question, and seemed unhappy in his job. Why work front of house? Made me regret coming here - should have stayed in downtown Oakland. :/ Coffee mediocre.
I've been staying at a lovely hotel in Richmond Point, a charming and artistic community. The friendly atmosphere makes me feel like Dorothy from "The Wizard of Oz," embarking on adventures with an invisible Toto along the yellow brick road. One of my favorite spots is Kaleidoscope, where I love to enjoy fresh orange juice in the morning along with delicious options like avocado toast, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and egg salad. I appreciate that I can either sit down and soak in the delightful ambiance, accompanied by soothing music from artists like Frank Ocean and Solange, or grab my meal to go. The interior of the building itself is quite impressive, adding to the overall experience.
