Every time I go to Jin Ye I'm impressed with the quality and quantity of their entrees. Highly recommend!!!Parking: Hard to find a spot next to the resteraunt. If you just picking up take out most people just double park.

We moved to the area several years ago and LOVE our local Chinese place. Food is always fresh and delicious, service is stellar - always prompt and courteous. The ambience is calm and clean - restrooms, too! Prices are better than lots of other places - really reasonable, especially given the recent increases around the Bay Area. Orange chicken is crunchy and delicious, vegetables are fresh and crunchy in everything, the Hot and Sour is not overly spicy but very flavorful. We love the noodle and rice dishes, too. We also love the lunch specials, and enjoy take out from time to time. Plenty of take out orders keeps a busy kitchen and fresh food, but plenty of seating for when you want to dine-in.

I got the sweet and sour pork and it was delicious. Although if I went there again I'd get the fried rice or Chow Fun to get more bang for my buck. Service was stellar, especially considering we got there 15 minutes before close.

Little store front in downtown Point Richmond. Could use a little sprucing up, but it was clean. Ordered spicy wontons and beef chow fun. Both were hot and tasty, the spice level on the wontons was good.

I am so bummed out. I was hoping for some good Chinese food and this was not it. I had a few bites and the taste is just not good. By far the worst garlic eggplant I've ever had. Also the egg roll was super soggy. It wasn't tasty. Then just having it be delivered I was surprised how soggy this thing was. The whole lunch as BUST!

You ever order Chinese from a new spot and pray it isn't that greasy, sat under warmers all day? Prayers answered. Food was fresh, flavorful and delivered quickly. In fact it was warm enough to go straight on to a plate and serve. We ordered Mu shu, chow fun and orange chicken(which we NEVER order). Orange chicken had a nice spice to it. Mu she was nice and not overly oily.

Good food and service is excellent! Ambiance is okay. Can be a bit cramped for larger groups.

Love this place!! Super yummy, consistent, and accurately priced for the portion sizes. I always do take out but look forward to eating in person here soon! The potstickers are my family's favorite 10/10!
