Visited Loard's Ice Cream in the mall on a Tuesday night and ended up going with the Taco Bowl Ice Cream (2 scoops of ice cream of your choice served in a waffle taco bowl with 2 toppings and sauce). I decided to get Kookie Dough Ice Cream, Butterscotch Marble Ice Cream, Rainbow Sprinkles, Whipped Cream & Caramel Sauce. My friend ended up going with the Taco Bowl Ice Cream as well but got Mocha Almond Fudge Ice Cream, Coffee Ice Cream, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Mini Chocolate Chips & Caramel Sauce. We were pleased to find out that the Taco Bowls were only $5 on Tuesdays instead of the regular price of $7.50 so that was an added bonus on top of our sweet treats. I liked how you can make the taco bowl your own and the ice cream flavors were really tasty without being overly sweet. The staff was friendly and helpful even tho she was tasked with making our ice cream and taking phone orders. I would definitely go back to try their other flavors.

Your workers are very rude to the customers. Specifically the old lady who was working on Sunday 1/27/19, didn't want to attend us. We were waiting in line patiently as she got our order but then got angry when we wanted to order more when there was clearly 6 of us wanting ice cream. This old lady needs to learn how to work in customer service and needs to be replaced immediately. I did not leave any tip for this rude lady and I won't EVER be returning!

An excellent ice cream shop-few frills and delicious ice cream. Not too expensive. I got a large sundae which comes with three scoops and three toppings: i chose Kookie Dough and Rocky road with crushed m&ms, mini chocolate chips, and ghiradelli chocolate sauce. There was only one young lady working but she was quick and nice. Lost 1 star since it was hard to find in the mall and there wasn't any hot fudge. Will definitely be a repeat if I get an ice cream craving and don't feel like heading out to cold stone or Dairy Queen.

Favorite ice cream. It's kind of annoying that people would rate this location poorly bc they don't have a specific flavor.
I've tried multiple flavors from this location. Favorites thus far are Rocky Road and Mint Chocolate Chip. Buying the ice cream to go is a great option too. Plan to visit again soon.
