Maggiora sourdough french bread is like what french bread tasted like from the great Bakery on 59 th st & Canning in Oakland in the 50's & 60's. I lived around the corner from there & after that bakery moved they later lost their starter & Maggiora became the great bakery.
Omg...the BEST sourdough I have ever had. We had it at Cattlemen's in Redding. Until we can find a way to buy it on our own, we will buy it from that restaurant to-go. AMAZIIIIING!
