I’m not into fast food and usually make burgers at home or go to a cool bistro for em. But I was at Kaiser, craved a simple burger, they’re across the street, and bang! I stopped in my tracks eating and walking back to my car. Wow😋

Ordered a chopped cheese with extra meat and there was NO EXTRA MEAT. So much bread and not the same as a NY chopped cheese. Returned to the store and was told that the meat is measured to 10oz 😏 that was a lie. They didn’t offer to make it over or anything so I asked for a refund. When I left the store the guy reversed the refund smh. Bad business

When I got there, the place was very clean and homey. The staff was also very nice and friendly. The person at the register treats you like an old friend you haven't seen in a long time. I got a double cheeseburger combo along with some cheese sticks and it was amazing. The seasoning on the cheese sticks was delicious and the burger was juicy. Very fair price too.

Good food and friendly service. I usually go for the Philly sandwich and it's hot, melty goodness in a soft roll with just enough jalapeños ti give it the right heat.
This place is clean, the service is hella friendly and the food feels fresh. However…it’s kinda pricey for a burger and fries spot. I work in the area and there are limited options, so I suck it up.

The burger was good.
I'm disappointed it's not really a resteraunt, but just a burger place. I really enjoyed the Mexican resteraunt that used to be in this location.
Still, it's a clean, quiet, pleasant enough place to sit and eat a pretty good burger.
