We went throught the drive thru Thursday at 9:15pm. The girl that took our order was so rude, we could hear her sighting when we were placing our order. When we went to pay, she repeated our order very fast so I said it back to her and she looked so annoyed (no customer service at all). After we paid and went to the second window, the guy repeated our order and gave us our food after we confirmed it. When we were driving out of the drive thru I was checking our food and realized we were missing two mcchickens so we parked and walked to the restaurant but the door was locked. A guy that was there opened the door and after I told him what happened he told me to go back to the drive thru. We waited like another 20 minutes at the drive thru before we got to the window. Our food and specially the fries got cold and I told the guy at the window (the girl who took our order wasn't there anymore) he apologized and told the guy from the other window what we were missing. I thought they at least would give us another fries for their error but they did no such thing. I was so mad after this whole experience and when I started to eat my burger it was so salty 🙄 they need to train their employees better. I never really post any bad reviews but this was just so horrible

I ordered my food on the app. Had to come back because it was missing items. Reached home and the food they gave me was cold, even the order I had to drive back to pick up

Used the app for this order thru the drive thru. I asked to change the drink size no problem. Before driving off i asked the employee if they had placed the requested sauces we had ordered, the reply was like of course ( like how dare you ask) upon arriving home not only were the dipping sauce missing but so were the napkins.

Order in curbside pick up, fast service super efficient lady that brought me my Ice 🧊 cold 🥶 caramel 😋. Thank you Macdonald for having such great and charismatic personnel.

Today I was really in need of coffee and this wonderful woman by the name of Esmeralda assisted me. She was fast, friendly and reliable. Not only in the drive-thru window she took my money but she also was the one that actually gave me my food. This restaurant is so amazing!

Can you get my order wrong constantly? They’re not particularly friendly. When you try to ask the employees of questions for clarification or anything, really they ignore you and Will answer the question you didn’t ask. This is why they constantly get orders wrong is because the employees do not listen to the customer

Filet o fish has shrunk. Nuggets were thin and taste like rancid oil. Big mac shrunk also. Everything downsized except prices.

I’m making this review for the condescending tone I received this morning. I come to this location’s drive thru often, and it’s not always clear hearing the cashier when taking orders- so I did not hear this cashier say they were ONLY taking cash. As I proceed to the window, I mentioned I was using Apple Pay, her attitude then changed to inform me it’s cash only… my response was that I didn’t hear it, I didn’t say SHE didn’t say it, instead she decides to repeat her greeting in a condescending tone to prove she said it. I don’t know this lady and she don’t know me… but I drove off to prevent an escalation for the unnecessary attitude. I DIDN’T HEAR YOU! - doesn’t give you the right in customer service to give me an attitude for a simple misunderstanding.
