I’m making this review for the condescending tone I received this morning. I come to this location’s drive thru often, and it’s not always clear hearing the cashier when taking orders- so I did not hear this cashier say they were ONLY taking cash. As I proceed to the window, I mentioned I was using Apple Pay, her attitude then changed to inform me it’s cash only… my response was that I didn’t hear it, I didn’t say SHE didn’t say it, instead she decides to repeat her greeting in a condescending tone to prove she said it. I don’t know this lady and she don’t know me… but I drove off to prevent an escalation for the unnecessary attitude. I DIDN’T HEAR YOU! - doesn’t give you the right in customer service to give me an attitude for a simple misunderstanding.

Pretty good for a McDonalds in the bay. The dine in restaurant wasn’t disgusting but the bathrooms were. The employees were all really slow and nonchalant about their jobs. They ignored customers and one worker even seemed offended when someone asked for help. The audacity is high here. Wait times were really long and it wasn’t very busy when we went.

The lady taking my order said “ the machine to take app codes isnt working” and i thought that was odd then i went back on my mc donalds app and the points were gone! So i payed for something that i had free on the app. Bad service they take your points for themselves

The staff make this place! Welcoming and friendly! So refreshing! I think McDonalds has shrunk a bit…the buns seem smaller, the fish cakes are smaller.., who shrunk the fries?! ? Price did not decrease but increased. McDonald's is McDonald's...consistent food. Place was clean. Tons of parking. Dining inside and out!
