The Family that runs this Place is Shockingly inappropriate, Very Rude and they are not kind to people. We ordered 2 large Pizza's & 2 garlic breads. We went to pick up order that costed almost $80.00. We politely asked if we can have some Ranch dipping Sauce as the kids always enjoy their slices and Sticks with Ranch. I feel that's pretty common with kids asking for ranch dipping sauce. The cashier told me I had to pay for ranch, which is fine however dosn't 2 orders of Garlic sticks warrant at least 1 sauce each order? I'm pretty sure that's the industry standard . So After the young cashier went to the back to speak with a manger about providing 2 small ranch dipping sauces, she came back with attitude and through 2 sauces on the counter without saying anything... Almost like she was mad that she had to give us 2 sauces.... I told the young lady we have lots of kids and they would like more Ranch. she very rudely says " you have to buy the Ranch Sauce " okay however we just spent $80.00 here, the right thing to do is at least give us a handful of those small ranch containers.... Right? Who's with me here I completely understand if i order a personal pizza and i only spent $12.00 then yes that customers should absorb the extra ranch dipping sauce they are asking for... however when a family gives this place business to feed their children and spending almost $100.00 I think this is the customer that says hey thank you for the large order please enjoy a handful of ranch sauce for the children.... Sheesh, Maybe these owners need to read this to understand how a community works.... Needless to Say We will never support his Business and i live here in Richmond... we love Mountain Mikes but we will be driving to the next town for our Pies Now.... Thanks for reading this far....

I was treated very poorly while I was trying order a pizza over the phone for pick up. The person on the phone refused to honor their coupon and could not stop calling me buddy and hung up on me not once but twice. I work in customer service and this is substandard. Idon't know what happened to this place. Customer service used to be great but has completely disappeared.

Rude and disrespectful costumer service. My husband tried to order a pizza over the phone and mentioned a coupon we received in the mail. The employee on the phone told my husband he had no idea what he was talking about and hung up. My husband called back and asked to speak to a manager. The employee told him there was no manager and hung up again. Unfortunately, we will no longer order food from this location.

I regularly place large orders with Mountain Mike's in Berkeley for my employees and I've always had a wonderful experience, great customer service, and the team loves their food. I decided to order from this location for my family tonight because we live nearby and I didn't want to drive to the places we normally order from. Terrible mistake. I ordered online and received a receipt which included tax, but I wasn't prompted to pay until I arrived. I was also given a "Promise Time". I arrived 10 mins after that promise time and was told my pizza was still in the oven and would be ready in 2 mins. No problem, I paid for the pizza, but when I looked at my receipt, I was charged $3 more than my online receipt. I showed the cashier both, and he asked someone in the back, came back and said sorry, nothing he can do because they charged me the right price. I showed him the email confirmation again and he just shrugged. Ok... I know it's just $3, but that's not how it should have been handled. I ended up waiting another 20 mins, 30 minutes past my "promise time" before the pizza was ready. So I paid more than I was supposed to, waited longer than I was promised, and not even an apology. While I was waiting, I observed how dirty this place was, and their food practices seemed questionable. Will definitely not be returning.

A solid Mountain Mike's. This is the smallest Mike's I have been in. The shop was clean. We had a pp&j and gluten free sizzling bacon. Both pizzas were tasty. There was lots of bacon, onions and olives on the sizzling bacon. The pineapple, pepperoni and jalapeños were plentiful. The counter staff was pleasant as was the clerk who took our order on the phone. This is our favorite local pizza place.

Very hard working young people here. Prepared my orders well.Specifically I appreciate the customer service of the young middle eastern man who currently works there. Very attentive, patient, and kind person. I like this MM location.

Nestled within the confines of a strip mall, flanked by the familiar UPS store and the ever-present Quizno's, Mountain Mike's Pizza on Meeker Ave. in Richmond offers an intriguing dining experience. To describe it, I'd say it's more like a base camp for those on a culinary expedition. One of the first things that struck me was the extensive range of pizza sizes on the menu. It's as if they've prepared for a gastronomic journey of epic proportions. From personal-sized pies for the solo traveler to colossal, shareable creations for those voyaging in a larger group, it's akin to selecting the right gear for a grand adventure. The interior atmosphere leans towards practicality rather than luxury, suggesting that this place primarily caters to the takeout crowd. Nevertheless, there's ample seating for those who prefer to dine in and enjoy their meal. It might not be a cozy mountain lodge, but it'll suffice.A noteworthy feature is the availability of fountain drink options for in-house diners. It's like having a hydration station on your way to the summit – a small touch that makes the journey more manageable. Now, let's delve into the heart of the matter – the pizza. While it won't transport you to the heart of a charming Italian pizzeria hidden away in the Alpine foothills, it is entirely palatable. The flavors are straightforward, and the ingredients are fresh. This is the kind of pizza that's ideal for feeding a hungry group after an exhilarating day of exploration, or for those who prioritize practicality over gourmet experiences. In sum, Mountain Mike's Pizza on Meeker Ave. in Richmond might not be the type of establishment that an experienced mountaineer would frequent, but it serves its purpose for those seeking a satisfying and convenient meal. The diverse range of sizes is certainly a plus, and the pizza does the trick when the goal is to quell hunger rather than embark on a culinary escapade. So, if you happen to find yourself in the vicinity after a day of conquering figurative peaks, it's a suitable stop on your journey.

My daughter and I come here for our lunch dates. It's kid friendly, ton of tables. I love their pizza and wings are tasty! And the churros are yummy. Service is good.

Pizza was not what i wanted and was advised by the Richmond California store that the only option was for them to pick up the pizza, take it back to the store, add pepperoni and return it back to me. Wow Is that even safe to do? Going back to Round Table for sure
