Great restaurant in the heart of Richmond’s 23rd st! I’ve always grown up in Richmond and have passed this restaurant until the students I taught swimming told me about it! High quality food and many options to choose from! Owner and staff are very friendly. I would recommend Phila Burger to anyone! 😄💯

I was expecting more based on the rating of the reviews. Ordered chilli cheese fries and fries were soggy. Teriyaki plate is overpriced for the portion and quality. Hot dog was okay as well. Did not order a burger. Decent neighborhood place.

If your on your lunch break then call your order in ... hole in the wall with great food .. make sure to ask for salt and pepper for your frys. If even remotely close and want a burger and fries this is your spot fries were so fresh darn near burnt my mouth which is soooo much different the. The room temp fries often served at drive thrus
