I ordered a chai tea latte with almond milk and a ginger scone. Both were delicious and the service prompt. They offered almond milk and oat milk options which is a nice plus!

Coffee and Pastries are always delicious but their customer service is the main highlight. I come here once or twice a week for meetings and they never disappoint. Recommendation: Check out their Charcoal Iced Vanilla Late, it's amazing!

I am pleased that Red Bay has come to Richmond. The hours are currently limited but that will change once Co Biz, where they are located, is up and running. Looking forward to more activities that Red Bay is known for in Oakland.. Thumbs up to having this rich cultural presence in our neighborhood.

Great coffee and customer service! The baristas are very friendly and knowledgeable, and make good recommendations. One of the baristas recommended that I try the charcoal vanilla latte, and it did not disappoint! Red Bay will definitely be one of my regular spots from now on.

I enjoy the coffee here and the baristas are pleasant, but their schedule seems to be when they want, not the ones stated online or posted outside business. Great quality but unreliable. Reminds me of some of my employees, which in the end are sometimes not worth the hassle.

They weren’t open as their hours state. Waited 20 minutes for them to open, even waited few minutes past the opening time and no one was there, all doors locked.

This coffee place is in the Cobiz building which is architecturally phenomenal! Customer service and coffee is always excellent!!
So excited to see great businesses moving into the area. Great location being next to Bart just not if you're driving trying to find parking. Barista were very friendly and there was plenty of space to relax and do work if needed.

(except for holidays) -limited free wifi with purchase.

Very cool place with great staff and cool tunes. I'd come back here again for sure. Ordered Kombucha, Decaf Espresso, which came with sparkling water to cleanse my pallet.

I live out of town but whenever I come to Richmond to visit my brother in law and my sister, we always have to come here to get my iced Vietnamese coffee fix. The coffee here is AMAZING and nothing like I've ever tried before back home. The pastries they have on display are very delicious as well. This has been our go to place whenever we are in town, love the atmosphere of this place too and the workers are very nice as well.

This is a gorgeous space and exceptional coffee. We got Oat milk lattes, which were superb. The service is sweet and my wife and I had a lovely time hanging out for the morning. The one knock on the place -- and it's a big knock -- is that they didn't have music playing. The space is begging for music. Once they hook that up, it's going to be my favorite place. So thankful these folks are in Richmond. And So thankful that they live out an awesome mission!
