The version I got tonight was excellent, good quality rib eye, sweet note resting flavored fish and small side salad. I added bread pudding to my order and I'm glad I did. They are located in the burgeoning Richmond Transit/Arts/Downtown District and it's too bad COVID hit because I know it devastated the newer businesses here. Keep shopping local! This is a black owned business so show your love, get on their mailing list and ignore the yelp listed hours. $20 plate and it was worth it. Went great with the Prince influenced 2017 The Joy Fantastic Pinot Noir by Holus Bolus Winery! Highly recommended!

Perfectly prepared Black Coffee, space, and food. Highly recommend their Charcoal Latte! The music is a bit loud for morning/breakfast. The friendly service, art, and love poured in each cup makes this one of my favorite 'go-to' coffee stands in Richmond.

Lately, I have been craving hot oatmeal for breakfast. Maybe its the cold? The package stuff never cuts it so when I saw the deluxe version of oatmeal, I had to have it! This thing had brown sugar, cream, butter, blueberries, strawberries, peaches and sliced almonds. It was so good I practically licked the bowl in public. Im hooked and I will be back and I am excited to try the other iitems on the menu!

I cannot overstate how delicious the food is here! I am trying to move through the menu and each dish is my absolute favorite until I try the next one! the chicken Piquant is AMAZING, the flavors explode in your mouth. The jambalaya is an entire meal that leaves you wanting MORE. Don't cheat yourself! come and see for yourself!
