The Birthday cake with sprinkles was perfect. It was a last minute grab at our grocer store and tasted delicious and fresh. I’m looking forward to another birthday w/Rubicon cake.🎂

My birthday was January 10 and my husband picked up a little sprinkled cake so we could celebrate. He didn’t realize until he got home that it was a vegan cake 🤦🏼♀️. Well, I can honestly say, it was absolutely delicious. It was not overly sweet like most cakes. Highly recommend trying one for yourself. Thank you for helping us celebrate my birthday. ❤️

Today is my birthday and all I wanted was a chocolate 🍫 vegan cake with no nuts. I went to whole foods and found this brand called Rubicon. They did not have a small cake 🎂 but they did have 4 small cupcakes. When I tell you these cupcakes are delicious 😋 They are delicious!

Holy smokes, the chocolate cream cup cakes are out of this world. I've always been a sucker for the cheap hostess ones. These ones...are next level. Like, literally the best cupcakes I've ever had, and I'm bakery snob. Added bonus this company helps people who need a second chance!

Wishing Rubicon would go 100% vegan in all their baked goods. Disneyland is all vegan in the theme parks in Anaheim in California and at Epcot and Disney world in Kissimmee as featured in Vegout magazine recently. I found Rubicon personal size mini cakes at the market in the mid 1990s and I'm glad to see that Rubicon bakery is keeping that 90s pro-innovation image.

Bought a Red Velvet cake from New Seasons and it tasted like red cornbread. If I had been looking for cornbread, I would have been satisfied. Frosting was nice. Fail.

I purchased a vanilla mini cake at Whole Foods. It is absolutely terrible. Probably the worst cake I ever ate in my life. No taste, and dry. I didn't even know it was possible to make cake taste this bad. I had planned to try the Rubicon cupcakes as well, but since the cake was so awful, I don't think I want to press my luck!

I never thought I'd be reviewing cupcakes, but they are that amazing! Thank you to the bakers at Rubicon! My boyfriend is a major carnivore and I am the vegetarian...he is obsessed with all the vegan ones lol. We get them at Wholefoods in NJ but I can't believe they're not everywhere! Love seeing the success of a small business!
