ran into these guys next to the Goodwill parking lot on MacArthur, decided to try their quesabirria. hands down the best tasting i’ve ever had, but it gave me a horrible gluten reaction. i didn’t ask for the ingredients as quesabirria has never been a problem for me, but i suspect they aren’t using pure corn tortillas. big disappointment and a lot of pain, but so tasty! the salsa they add on top really sets it apart, plus the copious amounts of delicious bubbling cheese! the consume was really tasty too.

Not bad. Pollo Adobado coulda had more flavor. Quesabirra tacos were solid, I forget how heavy/filling they are!
