ran into these guys next to the Goodwill parking lot on MacArthur, decided to try their quesabirria. hands down the best tasting i’ve ever had, but it gave me a horrible gluten reaction. i didn’t ask for the ingredients as quesabirria has never been a problem for me, but i suspect they aren’t using pure corn tortillas. big disappointment and a lot of pain, but so tasty! the salsa they add on top really sets it apart, plus the copious amounts of delicious bubbling cheese!...
Amazing Quesabirria tacos! Absolutely delicious. They add a sauce that has a real kick- so if you prefer mild- tell them to leave it off! I got one \\u0026 then went back for another! They were at Homegrown Hops in Livermore on Saturday, Sept 2nd.
