I went to the store and asked if they had stir-fried beef. The clerk said no. Then I asked if they had Sichuan-style stir-fried beef. He said there was a chili stir-fried beef, and that was all I had. When I got home, I found that it was bacon-style beef. I called I called and asked, and he said that this dish is bacon-style and its full name is fried bacon with chili pepper. I asked him why he didn’t explain it to me. He kept saying that he said it was fried bacon beef with chili pepper. How could I remember it wrong at such a young age? I clearly remember that he didn’t mention the word bacon and he kept arguing with me. If he had said it was stir-fried bacon with chili pepper, I wouldn’t have ordered this dish. I don’t like bacon. The final result is that it’s clearly not my fault. Then I I have to bear this mistake and get the result without any appropriate treatment. Just eat it as it is. I don’t want to argue with this attitude. I will not come here again. I thought the food tastes good before and I plan to come here often.

I didn't expect to like this as much since I'm a little sensitive when it comes to spicy food, but I liked it!

Good:
- Really solid garlic glass noodles with shrimp - not spicy, but great flavoring and tasty noodles with just enough sauce!
- The soy milk they give out here is really good if you need something to cool the spiciness away
- The spicy noodles are tasty - chewy noodles
- The sour and spicy fish soup was really good as well - so soft and tender
- The boiled spinach was good in comparison to all of the spicy dishes
- Lotus root and beef was tasty but spicy - the beef was so tender

Bad:
- Takes some time for the food to come out
- The place is super casual ambiance wise, you have to be used to Chinese restaurants and speaking Chinese to have the best experience

Overall would come again, good authentic Chinese food.

One of the better chinese eateries in the bay area with reasonable prices too. The dishes are flavorful dishes, especially the pickled pepper fish, szechuan spicy fish, and pickled string beans with pork, the stir fry battered fish, and the chonqing pepper chicken. My parents think it tastes authentic so that’s all I need to know. The aforementioned dishes are *spicy*, so specify mild if you have a low tolerance

Ok, I ordered to go but it was freaking delicious. I don't know what possessed me to order the Salted Pumpkin with Egg Yolk. I hate pumpkin, but I just instinctively knew that if I got it from this place I'd love it. I was right. The salt balanced out the sweetness of the pumpkin perfectly. The pumpkin was light and fluffy as was the crisp and crunchy batter. Very large portion. I also got the scallion pancakes which I was craving. Very good as well. Almost a meaty texture. Looking forward to trying more.

Absolute hidden gem. Everything is phenomenal and perfectly cooked. The spicy beef noodle soup is a hit and the spiciest chicken dish with two chilis (to show how spicy it is) is outstanding - - numbs your tongue!! In a good way ?. Mapo tofu is the highest quality tofu you'll find. Will be back.

Super fun lunch with a friend who introduced me to this restaurant in the Ranch 99 complex. We shared the salt and pepper tofu, Sichuan style twice cooked pork bacon, spicy garlic eggplant, crispy noodle chicken and pan fried chive turnover.Everything was super fresh and steaming hot. The tofu fried to perfection and soft & silky inside. We agreed to try item we had never had before and the twice cooked pork bacon and crispy noodle chicken were two of those items. The pork was very flavorful with the perfect heat level, and the crispy noodles under the layer of delicious chicken, mushrooms and fresh Vegis lent the perfect texture. The chive turnover was a fun dish. Our server, and everyone at the was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Two things to know, parking can be a challenge as it is a busy area (there are multiple restaurants and shops in the complex, plus Ranch 99) and if you pay in cash, you get a free mini ice cream.

We always come here when we are in town. The food is almost always fast and tasty. Not all items on the menu are spicy hot. They will tone it down if you ask.

Came here many years ago to have lunch on a whim but totally forgot about it until today when I wanted to try a different Chinese restaurant. I decided to order some food from Sichuan Fusion since I haven't gone back there in years but I've anyways passed by it when I'm over at the mall for other things. We were feeling lazy and it was raining like crazy outside and didn't feel like going out so we odered for delivery. We ordered chicken fried rice, vegetarian hot sour soup, spicy Tan Tan mien noodles, and what looked like a combination stir fried hand made noodle dish that we got by mistake which was supposed to be the Beef Chow Fun.The chicken fried rice was pretty good. It was light in oil, seasoned well, and had a decent light wok flavor. The vegetarian hot sour soup was nice and hot when we got it and it was full of ingredients that I couldn't even name. The soup stock was flavorful but a bit heavy on the vinegar. I still enjoyed it alot. The Tan Tan noodle was a bit heavy in oil but that was expected since part of the sauce included hot chili oil. The sesame sauce was very good in flavor but seemed to be missing something. I can only say that after eating the same type of noodle at Shang Dong restaurant in Oakland I haven't found any other place that can compare. The mistake dish that we got which I think is a stir fried combination hand made noodle had really nice fresh made noodles that were cooked just right and had a nice chewey consistency. The dish also had large pieces of lightly battered chicken, shrimp and beef. I really enjoyed this mistake. Hahaha. What was that song that had the lyric about being my favorite mistake? ?Overall, I really liked the food and next time I'm at the Pacific East Mall I'll stop by and try out some other dishes from Sichuan Fusion.

Overall it was a great meal, though it was a little hit or miss. The chowmein hand made noodles was phenomenal. And the spicy fish clay pot was very good. On the other hand the spice chile beef was so oily that it wasn't that good. They prefer cash payments, though they will accept cards.

Classic! Loved the tang of the Sichuan chicken (sinus clearing, but not nuclear spicy) and the handmade noodles with vegetables had lovely texture and tasty mushrooms interspersed throughout. Very friendly service
