This location is either chronically understaffed, or just has a poor distribution of responsibilities. Hands down one of the slowest drive thrus. I have been here many times and today was the last straw lol.

Worse Starbucks, I’ve never wrote a review before, I’m soo frustrated. How you make coffee for 25 min? Yeah never, I could have drove to other Starbucks come back here and still wouldn’t be ready making my coffee. Total bull doodling

i’m only giving this review because i’m tried of this starbucks failing me. drive through always takes forever. i go here once a week and im usually stuck in the driver through for 25 min. the drinks sometimes are missing ingredients and after waiting for 25 min for your drink they tell you they’re out of stock. the employees are mostly nice. but sometimes i get one who has an attitude. and all this ads up to a terrible experience

Disappointing Decline in Service at My Favorite Starbucks

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Starbucks for years, and I used to love coming here for both the coffee and the welcoming atmosphere. However, my experience over the past two months has been incredibly disappointing.

The staff, who once greeted me with a smile and took my order quickly, now seem disinterested and disengaged. It’s not uncommon for me to stand at the register without any acknowledgment, even when employees walk right past me. The warmth and friendliness that once characterized this place have vanished, replaced by a noticeable lack of enthusiasm.

While I occasionally encountered issues with my drinks in the past, they were minor and easily overlooked due to the friendly service. Now, the slow service and the overall demeanor of the staff leave much to be desired. It feels as though they’ve forgotten the importance of customer interaction—at the very least, a simple “hello” would go a long way.

I find it hard to believe that this is the same Starbucks I used to love. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in service quality. I hope to find a coffee shop that truly values its customers and their experience. Until then, I can’t recommend this location.

My only complaint is the hours of operation. Online it reads open at 4AM. I placed a pick-up order and it read in progress. I arrived around 4:20AM and there was no one there.

Avoid the drive thru in this Starbucks, I only had 3 cars in front of me and I still waited over 30 minutes to get my drink.
If you use the Starbucks be prepared to be sitting in the driveway for very long.

This is the worst place you can ever have. I am a regular customer, I visit every morning or even 2 times a day for the last 7 years and I keep coming back to this place only because it is right around the corner from my house, if it weren’t for this I would never come back. There isn’t a single day that I don’t have a problem with the employees of this place. Or that they always make you wait for up to 10-15 minutes for your order and if they make a mistake with your order they tell you they will sell it to you but you have to come inside and they try to make you feel like it was your fault and if you don’t agree to go in they say… oh do you want me to refund your money… really ??? I definitely think I will not come back and much less recommend it, never come here it is not worth it.

Went to this location after the scheduled time they are supposed to be open and they never opened the door. They saw me outside but no one bothered to come to the door and open it or at least an explanation as to why they aren't open when they should be

Avoid This Starbucks at All Costs!

I frequent Starbucks for my espresso fix, but the Marina Bay location is a total nightmare. I try to avoid it like the plague. The staff seems more interested in gossiping and chatting than serving customers. The lines are always ridiculously long, and it’s clear they can't manage the crowd efficiently.

I had a Starbucks voucher I got from a Coinstar machine, but when I went to use it, nobody at the store knew what it was. I asked for the manager, hoping for some clarity, but she told me that the voucher was only valid at the Target Starbucks location. I knew that wasn’t true, but I didn’t want to make a scene, so I ended up just buying my coffee.

Later, I added the voucher to my Starbucks app without any issues. Clearly, this store needs some serious training on how to handle customer inquiries and vouchers. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different location!
