This Starbucks has a nice atmosphere, but the wait times can be very long. I waited over 20 minutes for my drink, which is much longer than expected. If you’re in a rush, I’d recommend going elsewhere. However, if you have time to spare, it’s a decent spot to relax.

Like other Starbucks this location has been getting worse over the past years. Service has become inconsistent and the facilities have become dirtier. Rewards have become increasingly rare. Prices have increased like everywhere else.
Despite all of this it was a convenient place for average coffee and below average food. Now, they even got rid of refills, without any warning, which means that it is cheaper to go to a locally owned cafe instead.
I will use up my balance and then close my Starbucks account. I've been looking to cut an expense, so this made it easy.

I’m extremely disappointed with this Starbucks location. I arrived at 6:30 AM while my car was charging at a Tesla station, intending to grab a coffee. The doors were locked, and an employee informed me they were only serving drive-thru customers. When I explained I didn’t have a car as it was charging, she rudely responded, “That sounds like a you problem.” This level of customer service is unacceptable—definitely not the Starbucks experience I expect.

Only a could homeless people, coffee was made very fast. Internet speed is abysmal... Like hardly worth using. Employee must have a mining box under the counter or something.

It does have a long line here and there but overall I always grab a caramel frappe for a caramel ribbon crunch for my kids it depends on who's in the car with me at the time when I go but majority of the time I'm usually at work when I go to

Yesterday I visited this location, and after being accused of stealing a limited edition cup the staff member drops my cup and dents it, doesn't even apologize till the end of my transaction. If you work there daily wouldn't you know which cups are on the shelves for the current season?! Then the staff member making the coffee calls me over to ask if it's a personal cup, well of course it is if you have it in your had. SMH common sense. This location never fails to amaze me on how their bad customer service can get worse.
What a horrible idea. Gross and disgusting. Cardboard anyone? Starbucks get it together please.

On this site Today at 6:00 pm. I went to order three strawberry frape and two more large size drinks. They charged me $38. 00 and something for everything. When I received the drinks they handed me three medium drinks and two large ones. I tell the guy who was making the drinks because he was handing me medium ones when I ordered large ones. And he tells me go ask for the receipt and bring it to me. I go to the cashier and I tell her I ordered 5 large drinks and they are giving me three medium ones and she says, oh, I'll charge you a hundred for medium ones and I told her can you give me the receipt and she didn't want to give me anything. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. They have also done the same thing to my son. Be careful with these people who are working in that store. Or maybe they discriminate against us. The truth is, terrible attention.

The location of this place is really convenient. It's literally exit, turn and they are at the right side already. Then hop back on the freeway!! Oh in case you don't want to stretch out your leg with the long drive, they have a drive through.
