I ordered a light roast multiple times and confirmed it, but the coffee was very bitter, more like dark roast

I submitted my order through the Starbucks app and showed up at the drive thru at the time the order was supposed to be ready. I then proceeded to sit behind the same three cars at the pickup window for 15+ minutes before the line moved forward. By the time I got to the window, I received a grainy tasting chocolate cold brew and a barely warm grilled cheese sandwich. I don’t understand what could cause such a delay at the drive thru. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at any Starbucks.

My brother went to buy a coffee and then after he bought it. We chilled outside then I came back in again to use the bathroom and they told me I had to buy something to get the code to the bathroom. My brother did buy something and when the lady said that I couldn't use the bathroom then she laughed. Would not recommend this starbucks just because how the people treat you here. Customer Service means everything to your customers!!!

this is the worse starbucks to go to, they are always behind with their orders . And always chatting with each other.

This location has the worst service, they had their doors locked in the middle of the day and wouldn’t take my order unless I go through the drive through and after making me sit outside in the sun for an hour they opened the door and wouldn’t let me use the bathroom because I had not ordered yet. This place is ghetto.

I just tipped $5 on a $7.70 drink because the customer service was that freaking amazing ! I wish I had $20 to tip but I’m poor right now rents due on the first lol but it’s the percentage for me and max tip option so I gave it up anywho my frappe was too good yumm. I think im in love with this Starbucks minus one icky attitude girl I almost let scare me away last week. She wasn’t in this time luckily. I don’t usually get the hype and it’s pricey but with service and cleanliness like this place has I’ll pay the cost. Thanks a lot Vicky and crew ! Blonde hair girl and guy with chain on lol and other guy ! You guys are dope keep up the great customer service and making these drinks so good

Always quick and cheerful. The drive thru can be slow but I blame the customers. Since I order ahead, if I see the lane is backed up, I pick up my drink inside and it's always ready.
