Was truly bummed that they didn’t have the bread we ordered when we placed our orders online. They only had 1 Italian footlong and the rest was wheat. All the other bread was baking. When she got to my sandwich she was about to put it in the toaster and I told her I didn’t request toasted. So she proceeded with finishing the order. At the end I realized that I never saw her warm up my bacon, so I asked did she heat it up and she said yeah. I knew she was lying and when I got to the car I checked and surely that bacon never touched the microwave because she had intentions on toasting the sandwich. But why lie? I didn’t have time to take it back in there cause I was on my way to the airport.

Ordered 2 rotisserie chicken sandwiches for pickup and they had almost zero chicken. Seems like they make your sandwich with zero effort when ordering through the app for pickup. Don’t order from here !

After 9pm worker just was smoking weed with his friend he see me getting out of car with kids he walked away from his friend went inside not washing his hand I ask 3 different meat options he says they don't have it that's how I can tell that I'm in wrong place so I walked out without ordering anything they just don't want to work

Worst customer service at night they don't wash hands after smoking weed hanging out with friends front of door outside plus making excuses this not available so they don't have to make anything for u they just want u to leave so workers can smoke

Excellent customer service definitely they got good Subway sandwiches but outside is terrible. They need to keep the outside area clean. I got pictures. I’m about to post up in in a minute. That’s owned by panda express as well The outside is not clean they need to keep the outside cleaner look at all that trash outside

Very good sandwiches dont get me wrong but their customer service could do some improvement. Sometimes you dont even get greeted/serviced to for an awkward amount of time.. Ive been going here for years but lately theyve been very lax on the "welcoming" aspect for some reason. Anyways, still a good place for sandwiches. :)

I love going to this particular subway location. Parking is easy to find. I am a regular and always order online or in person. Clean store and vegetables looks fresh! My experience so far has been great and I will be going back. Thank you.

overly toasted my bread on purpose and paid the extra for avocado which was unripped and hard as a rock. also, either the sandwich artist has very poor listening skills or used it as a tactic to aggravate me because I kept having to repeat myself several times.
