Today, I ordered a footlong veggie patty sandwich on the online app using the deal 6.99 per footlong. I pickup my order at around 7 pm and came home and when I opened the sandwich, one veggie patty was cut in half length wise and used in the full footlong. I went back to the subway and asked the lady who made the sandwich who was the owner, and she said it was herself, then I told her that you put only one veggie patty in the entire footlong, she responded saying they only had one left, and I said why did you not disclose that to me, and why was it being offered on the app. She was rude and said well you’re also getting a 6.99 footlong, and I said that is deal being offered on your app, I’m not getting the sandwich for free. If your issue is with the deal then complain to your franchise. The entire sandwich was super light with all the veggies, 4 slices of tomatoes when it should be 6 slices, 6 pieces of Cucumber but there only 4. They were trying to cut corners because deals were offered, but how is that the consumers fault. When i said that is wrong and i would need to complain about this, and very arrogantly she said, go ahead, go complain no problem. She not only ruined our dinner but most importantly a Friday evening after hard week of work. I will never come back to this place again. Even in the past their quality of sandwiches have been bad but I kept going because of the convenience, but they do not deserve business if they make it a consumers fault when advertising deals for business.

Very disappointing experience. I asked for a 6" flat bread sandwich which I've gotten often at other Subways. Server said flat bread can only be 12". I was disappointed, but paused a moment and then said ok. Server proceeded to turn the flat bread the wrong way so the sandwich was only 8"! (See picture.} I also observed less pieces of cheese, 3 rather than 4, and of course less of everything. Very poor service from a chain I frequent often, sadly I won't be going to this one again. If another store does that to me again, my party and I will just walk out, but I sincerely hope I never encounter this again.

only thing happens is then they don't take the coupons i got on the mail,no paper coupons taken any more.

I don't think it's Subway's place to tell you that you're going to kill yourself if you put more mayonnaise on the bread this is barely smeared on the people I'm buying for. They really like heavy mayonnaise on their sandwiches and two of them wanted extra. I ended up telling them to keep the sandwiches and walked out if they can't fix them the way I want ordered them or the people that I'm buying for well then they can just keep them and use them for themselves and that's what I did I walked out!

Don’t bother coming to this Subway. I waited a while for someone to come out the back to later them telling me they don’t accept coupons.
If I could give zero stars I would. I tried calling this location about making my order wrong, but no one answers.
I have a Coupon this Subway they don't take a coupon and they put manager notice like this
Didn't even get to order my sandwich because the woman took over 10 minutes to complete another order. The restaurant was empty and she could have easily set the sandwich aside and helped me. Instead I waited and left after she checked the receipt over 4x. Went to McDonald's instead

FOOD POISONING FACTORY. I've been working in this shopping center for 6 months now and every employee and customer of ours who has eaten at this location has gotten food poisoning over that time. I don't understand how they are still open. My new assistant didn't tell me he was going there for lunch or I would have warned against it...he has been throwing up for the last couple of hours.
Refused to toast half of my sandwich even after I explained that I was saving the other half for my lunch. The lady said “I charge you one six inch and another six inch but cost you more money.” I had to pay for extra meat secondary to there NOT being enough to cover the sandwich. The lady also skimped on the toppings. It smells like you incense too. I don’t mind incense but prefer it not to be used in a restaurant due to bread absorbing smells.Sandwich was good otherwise.

The personnel are not very attentive
This store would not accept any promotion and coupons, wrong hours comparing to what is listed online, and always serve half portions on their subs. You want to go to a better subway go to one just less than 1 mile away by the ARCO gas station.
