I just moved into the neighborhood right next to this plaza about 6 months ago, because of covid I haven't had the time to explore. While I was out shopping at 99 Ranch, I came across Sunny Day. Went in and ordered a honey milk tea and mango slush. The man who took my order (seems like the owner?) was very kind and welcomed me in and helped me out with what I wanted to order and what were the popular drinks. Both drinks I got were the perfect amount of sweetness and the boba had a nice consistency! Definitely a gem! Would love to return. Wish I took a picture of my drinks but I gobbled them up too soon! Ooops LOL :)

This place is a hidden gem. Located in the same shopping area as 99 Ranch Market, this place sells milk teas, smoothies, milk shakes, seeds, as well as items to eat. I ordered the taro coconut smoothie ($4.50) and the honey milk tea ($3.50). To add a size up it's an additional 60 cents. Adding toppings like egg pudding is an additional 60 cents as well. Pros: -free parking -excellent drinks -friendly staff -accept credit cards with purchases over $5.00 Cons: -n/a

Currently drinking the Peach Dream (peach, lychee and banana) smoothie, even though I'm freaking cold right now. I swear I was only going to take a sip but when I realized how fresh and yummy it was, I forgot all about my own milk tea. Prices are cheap and it's a good alternative if Ten Ren is closed, which it seems to be during Covid-19. Plus I'm all about mom and pop shops, so all the more to support this place. Don't forget to check-in for a free upgrade. Cheers!

This spot needs more love! They are open during shelter in place and I ended up wandering over here in this very quiet-during-quarantine-mall when I saw that Ten Ren was closed. Sure, the location is not the most aesthetically pleasing, but they make a darn good boba and smoothie. Plus, the man who served me was super friendly and efficient. I saw him wash his hands for at least 20 seconds before making my drinks as well. I had the taro coconut smoothie and mango escape smoothie with pudding and both were delicious. Blended perfectly and so refreshing. Didn't taste artificial or anything either. Walk to the back of the mall and you'll find this quaint spot! Absolutely no one was in there when I stopped by so I hope they'll be ok during this time.

The prices here are actually really competitive. The family running the place is super friendly and offer lots of deals like buy one get one free on shakes and dollar add ons. My boba wasn't overly sweet and my cousin was very happy with the fresh fruit used in her milkshake. Check in for a free size upgrade- which I didn't realize until I was leaving, so I will return!

First impression of this place was that I thought this guy would make some crappy milk tea and nasty tasting avocado milkshakes. To my surprise; it was really good! When we ordered with the guy; I wanted avocado smoothie but he kept saying "avocado milkshake?" On the menu they have it but I guess he keeps calling the smoothie a milkshake. Anyways; 5 stars for good tasting boba smoothie & drink! Highly recommend.

This place sells many variety of drinks, milk tea, shakes, green tea, slushy, creamer. And they also sell few options of savory snacks and dried fruits. Durian shake is my favorite. They use real durian, not an essence. Avocado shake was good too. I have an option of the sugar and ice level, which is one of the reason why I decided to try their drinks. Get the stamp if you are going to come here often, for 10 stamps you'll get 1 free drink.

Not bad, not bad! This place doesn't look like much, and is hidden in the back. I usually get my drinks at the surrounding stores but decided to give this place a try after reading some reviews. Got the avocado milk shake large and spring rolls which to me is vegetable egg rolls. They are generous with their shakes and it's definitely worth the price. Plus, they use real fruits. I had a tiny chunk of avocado piece in mine and it was tasty. Their "spring rolls" were crispy and filled with vegetables. My son enjoyed it. I actually like it too, but I dipped mine with sweet chili sauce . Also, the cashier was nice. Parking is easy.

Nice place for Asian eatery and grocery shopping, but don't expect more than that. Amble parking spaces with a large restroom inside.

They're boba is consistently the softest and sweetest ever. This makes them my boyfriend's favorite boba place. Fast service, friendly staff and owner, cheap prices. Give them a try!

I had avocado milkshake & it was like having liquified avocado cream cheese in your drink. Reg size is sufficient to fill up entire stomach!
