It is a good service in food and drinks. The food is served on time, of course, one always has to wait. It is not fast food, but it is worth it. It is a very quiet place, one enjoys the familiarity with the taste of Mexican food. I recommend it.
Parking: Just don't park on the other side of the street at the seafood restaurant because they'll tow you.

Omg their food is so good I've been there at least 10 times and every meal I've eaten was so good from tacos to burritos to chimichangas beef tacos shrimp tacos posole, Even their giant shrimp cocktail they even have a burrito that's about 2 ft long can feed about three people
Parking: The parking is terrible you there have to find the parking on the street or around the corner prepare to walk to get to the establishment the building entrance is on a one-way street The bottom of 23rd and cutting boulevard
I came to this place since it was all over social media and people were raving over the drinks and the vibe but I was quite curious about the food. Found it weird that we have to order/pay first then have a seat but that’s not the point.. No one at the bar to get our order for drinks.No servers.Well no servers that assisted us. We had a party of 4 people. The person that brought our food brought two plates of chilaquiles the other two plates of quesabirrias came out after 7-10 minutes later. I asked the guy that brought out the food if he can get a knife for me, the knife never came. Not only the food was brought separately, the food was very disappointing. NO FLAVOR AT ALL….
Instead of the owner checking on us he was to busy checking out my friend…
Overall the food and service wasn’t best.

The food was good, the tortas good size and serve good with plenty of topping. The tacos suadero were good, but since it is a hand-made tortilla, definitely eat that first because cold they don't taste the same . We ate the torta first. The salsa the chipotle is good. The drinks are not good they do need an experienced bar tender or give the bartender a list of what to put on each drink. The beer was hot or room temperature, and the guy said it was because the place was hot in there, but not because the sodas that we got were cold, but the fridge for beer was not doing its job. They have a tamarindo, and palomas didn't like either. The food is good, the drinks are not. FYI, sodas are cold if you need a drink.
Parking: They have parking but are limited. If you are lucky, you will get a spot inside. If not, there is street parking limited also
Kid-friendliness: I saw a lot of kids eating there definitely kids are welcome.

I must say, this place’s worth the drive!!! Me& sisters saw this on instagram & literally got in the car from Sacramento & drove to Richmond & it was worth it!! The service was great, the bartenders were friendly & we’re not stingy with the liquor!!! The big loaded rib eye baked potato was fire!!! ?… we all ordered it& bought another to go! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for the amazing service!!!

There is no way to order over telephone or on-line orders. Makes it very difficult to try and order what is on the menu before it is gone. High volume of customers keeps the wait long just for them to be out of what it is you came for. Need telephone # listed
Very disrespectful they have a young man at the cash register who doesn’t have a lick of customer service i bought five ribeye steak tacos had to pay extra for sour cream and cheese only for my tacos to be brought to me without cheese on them so I notified one server could she just bring me the cheese on the side she ignore me for 10 minutes after I requested the cheese I paid had to get up out of my seat and locate a manager, she had the nerve to tell me she was doing too many things so then I get up with my plate and take it back to the register and let them know. I paid extra for cheese. There’s no cheese on here all I’m asking is for cheese to put on my tacos that are now cold The young male cashier got smart with me then his sister jumped in. She start talking smart to me. I bought five ribeye tacos at six dollars each plus the extra for sour cream and cheese. This boy handed me back $24. I said I paid more than $25, and I just handed you my receipt of the story. Had to get the store owner to get all my money back a horrible experience I don’t recommend them.

The concept is good, the decoration is good, unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired, without flavor nothing has flavor, many of the things they offer are fried to make it faster and they do everything in the same fryer, they combine the flavors at the end The food tastes like pure oil, not even the beans have any flavor, it took more than 30 hours to get the food out and they already had it ready, they put it under a lamp to keep things warm but no one took out the food, the sauces They don't taste like anything, well nothing has flavor. Don't even give it a chance, it's not worth it. Too bad the expectations were very high.

Very good concept, the place is very cool, but the food is very horrible, I ordered a Cuban cake, without flavor, it tastes like pure fat, the sausages were burnt, the meat seemed like a league, very expensive $$$, for 1 slice of avocado and tomato , I ordered pastor tacos and the meat was very dry, the telera was old and the sauces were horrible. Debut and farewell.

My job is 29 miles from this place and I work graveyard so I stopped to get a ribeye burrito for $27 and I can't even eat it because the steak looks like it was cooked long enough to just turn the color of it, all of it was raw, now I have to spend another $30 to order something to eat through door dash. I think that is so wrong.
